Efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dirancang untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam diskusi kelompok serta membantu siswa memahami konsep secara lebih mendalam melalui kegiatan saling berbagi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan teknik TSTS dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang melalui pendekatan Quasi Eksperimental dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Jenis penelitian ini menyertakan dua kelas yakni kelas kontrol serta eksperimen yang kemudian mendapat pembelajaran dalam 2 model berbeda. Adapun populasinya yaitu seluruh kelas VIII MTs Negeri 3 Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian ini yakni siswa VIII B sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIII G sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes uraian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis statistik induk inferensial (uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis), dan Uji N-Gain.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai tes antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis Independent Sample T-Test menunjukkan Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang artinya nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik TSTS. Adapun hasil pengukuran N-Gain yang didapat sebesar 61% yang menyatakan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Teknik Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa MTs Negeri 3 Malang.

Mathematical communication skills are one of the important competencies that must be mastered by students in learning mathematics. The Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model is designed to encourage active student participation in group discussions and help students understand concepts more deeply through information sharing activities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model with the TSTS technique in improving students' mathematical communication skills.

This research is a type of quantitative research through a Quasi Experimental approach with a Posttests-only control group design. This type of research includes two classes, namely the control class and the experiment class, which then receive learning in 2 different models. The population is all class VIII of MTs Negeri 3 Malang. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample of this study was students VIII B as the control class and class VIII G as the experimental class. The instrument used was a descriptive test. The data analysis technique used was inferential parent statistics (normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test), and the N-Gain Test.

The results showed that there was a difference in the average test scores between the control and experimental classes. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test hypothesis test, it shows Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000, which means the significance value is <0.05. This indicates that there is an increase in students' mathematical communication skills after using the TSTS cooperative learning model. The results of the N-Gain measurement obtained were 0.48, which is classified as moderate. Thus, the results of this study state that the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) Cooperative Learning Model is quite effective in improving the mathematical communication skills of students at MTs Negeri 3 Malang.

تعلم الرياضيات. تم تصميم نموذج Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) لتشجيع المشاركة النشطة للطلاب في المناقشات الجماعية ومساعدة الطلاب على فهم المفاهيم بشكل أعمق من خلال أنشطة مشاركة المعلومات. يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة مدى فعالية نموذج التعلم التعاوني باستخدام تقنية TSTS في تحسين مهارات الاتصال الرياضي لدى الطلاب.

هذا البحث هو نوع من البحث الكمي، ونوع البحث المستخدم هو البحث الكمي باستخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي مع تصميم المجموعة الضابطة للاختبار القبلي والبعدي. يشتمل هذا النوع من البحث على فئتين، وهما الفصل الضابط والفصل التجريبي الذي يتلقى بعد ذلك التعلم في نموذجين مختلفين. السكان جميعهم من الدرجة الثامنة من المدرسة التساناوية نيجيري 3 مالانج. وكانت تقنية أخذ العينات المستخدمة هي أخذ العينات العشوائية البسيطة. وكانت عينات هذا البحث من الطلاب الثامن (ب) كالفصل الضابط والفصل الثامن (ز) كالفصل التجريبي. الأداة المستخدمة هي اختبار الوصف. تقنيات تحليل البيانات المستخدمة هي التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي، والتحليل الإحصائي الرئيسي الاستنتاجي (اختبار الحالة الطبيعية، واختبار التجانس، واختبار الفرضيات)، واختبار N-Gain.

وأظهرت النتائج وجود اختلاف في متوسط درجات الاختبار بين الصفين الضابط والتجريبي. استنادا إلى نتائج اختبار فرضية العينة المستقلة T-Test، فإنه يظهر Sig. (2-tail) هي 0.000، مما يعني أن قيمة الأهمية <0.05. وهذا يدل على أن هناك زيادة في مهارات الاتصال الرياضي لدى الطلاب بعد استخدام نموذج التعلم التعاوني TSTS. كانت نتائج قياس N-Gain التي تم الحصول عليها 61% والتي ذكرت أن نموذج التعلم التعاوني Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) كان فعالاً للغاية في تحسين مهارات الاتصال الرياضي للطلاب في المدرسة التسانوية نيجيري 3 مالانج.
