Perancangan selopanggung Kediri skyview and glamping dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Tropis

ABSTRAK:

Kondisi Geografis Kabupaten Kediri yang dikelilingi oleh pegunungan menjadikan Kabupaten Kediri kaya akan potensi alam. Jenis wisata yang paling diminati banyak wisatawan yaitu pada wisata alamnya. Didukung oleh data Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKjIP), Disparbud - 2020 setiap tahun terjadi peningkatan pengunjung yang melakukan kunjungan wisata alam pegunungan. Tujuan dari perancangan Selopanggung Skyview and Glamping ini adalah memberikan wadah bagi para pecinta alam untuk menikmati alam pegunungan dengan view terbaik dengan fasilitas penginapan dan beberapa wahana rekreasi. Dengan pendekatan arsitektur tropis yang mendukung perancangan ini sehingga pengunjung mampu merasakan kenyamanan pada setiap bangunan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dari hasil rancangan sky view and glamping ini mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi wisatawan yang ingin rekreasi dan refresh dengan menikmati view sekaligus merasakan berkemah di alam terbuka dengan fasilitas yang lengkap, mudah dan standart safety.

ABSTRACT:

The geographical conditions of Kediri Regency which is surrounded by mountains make Kediri Regency rich in natural potential. The type of tourism that is most in demand by many tourists is nature tourism. Supported by data from the Government Agency Performance Report (LKjIP), Disparbud - 2020, every year there is an increase in visitors who visit mountain nature tourism. The purpose of designing Selopanggung Skyview and Glamping is to provide a place for nature lovers to enjoy the mountains with the best view with accommodation facilities and several recreational rides. With a tropical architectural approach that supports this design, visitors can feel comfortable in every building. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this sky view and glamping plan will be able to provide convenience for tourists who want to recreate and refresh themselves by enjoying the view while experiencing camping in the open air with complete, easy and safety standard facilities.

إن الوضع الجغرافي لمحافظة كيديري المحاطة بالجبال يجعلها غنية بالموارد الطبيعية. أكثر أنواع السياحة التي تحظى بإعجاب السياح هي السياحة الطبيعية. وبدعم من بيانات تقرير أداء المؤسسات الحكومية (LKjIP) لعام ٢٠٢٠ الصادر عن دائرة السياحة والثقافة، يظهر أن عدد الزوار الذين يقومون بزيارات إلى السياحة الجبلية الطبيعية يزداد كل عام. يهدف تصميم مشروع Selopanggung Skyview and Glamping إلى توفير مساحة لعشاق الطبيعة للاستمتاع بجمال الجبال مع إطلالات خلابة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم مرافق إقامة مريحة والعديد من الأنشطة الترفيهية. يعتمد هذا المشروع على نهج العمارة الاستوائية لضمان راحة الزوار في جميع المباني. وبالتالي، من المتوقع أن يسهل هذا التصميم للسياح الاستمتاع بالترفيه والاسترخاء، من خلال التمتع بالإطلالات الطبيعية وتجربة التخييم في الهواء الطلق، مع مرافق متكاملة سهلة الاستخدام توفر معايير السلامة المطلوبة
