Perancangan Medina Clubhouse merupakan kawasan pada kompleks perumahan yang dirancang sebagai fasilitas umum berupa Clubhouse didalam kawasan perumahan, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan berkegiatan penghuni perumahan maupun penduduk sekitar dengan menerapkan prinsip prinsip arsitektur biofilik guna untuk meningkatkan interaksi antara manusia dengan manusia serta manusia dengan alam sekaligus dapat meningkatkan kesehatan bagi penghuni perumahan dengan Pendekatan Biofilik sejatinya merupakan fasilitas kesehatan bagi warga kompleks perumahan maupun setempat guna menjadi wadah dalam lingkup kesehatan.
