Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan media pembelajaran PowerPoint pada materi energi dan perubahannya kelas IV MIN Rejoso Jombang, (2) mengetahui bahwa media pembelajaran PowerPointpada materi energi dan perubahannya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kelas IV MIN Rejoso Jombang, (3) menghasilkan Produk software multimedia interaktif PowerPoint pada materi energi dan perubahannya kelas IV MIN Rejoso Jombang yang layak diterapkan sebagai media pembelajaran IPA.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R & D), dengan pedoman penelitian pengembangan menurut Arief S. Sadiman dkk yang memiliki enam langkah dalam prosedur pengembangannya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIN Peterongan Rejoso Jombang pada kelas IVyang berjumlah 24 siswa, dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen (before-after).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa media pembelajaran PowerPoint yang terdiri dari tujuh bagian, yaitu SK/KD, materi, suara narator, musik instrument, animasi, video pembelajaran, kuis, dan game. Semua bagian tersebut dikemas dalam Microsoft PowerPoint yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Dari perhitungan manual dengan menggunakan uji t-test berkorelasi (related) didapat ttest ttabel that 2,069 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, kesimpulanya terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran PowerPoint di MIN Rejoso Jombang. Media ini mendapat penilaian kualifikasi yang baik, karena berdasarkan hasil validasi diperoleh nilai dari guru mata pelajaran IPA sebesar 80,00% dan dari ahli materi mendapat nilai 78,00% kemudian dari ahli media mendapat nilai 89,33%. Jadi, media pembelajaran PowerPoint yang telah dikembangkan dapat meningkan hasil belajar siswa dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran IPA untuk siswa kelas 4 di MIN Rejoso Jombang.
ENGLISH:
This study aims to: (1) describing the procedures to develop PowerPoint learning media in the topic of energy and its changing toward 4th grade students at MIN Rejoso Jombang, (2) knowing that PowerPoint leaning media in the topic of energy and its changing can improve student’s study result toward 4th grade students at MIN Rejoso Jombang, (3) producing interactive multimedia PowerPoint in the topic of energy and its changing toward 4th grade students at MIN Rejoso Jombang that reasonable to be implemented as a learning media.
This research is used research of Research and Development (R&D), and then this research allows the procedures of development according to Ariel S. Sadiman which has six steps in the procedure of development. The research was conducted at MIN Rejoso Jombang toward 4th grade that has 24 students and using design of experimental research designs (before-after).
Based on the results of the researcher’s research that PowerPoint learning media that has been developed includes the seven parts, they are standard and basic of competences (SK/KD), material of energy and its changing, narrator’s voices, instrument music, animation, learning video, quizzes, and games. All of the parts are packaged in Microsoft PowerPoint that be used as a learning media. Then, based on the result of correlated t-test (related) ttest ≥ ttabel that 4.919 ≥ 2.069 its means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then, based on ttest can be concluded that there is significant differences in student’s study results between students 4th grade that learn in sciences before and after using PowerPoint learning
media in MIN Rejoso Jombang. According to the experts of learning media, PowerPoint learning media is good criteria. The result of validate by teachers' sciences is 80.00% and the result of validate by expert of scientific is 78.00% then, the result of validate by expert of learning media 89.33%. Therefore, PowerPoint learning media that has been developed can improve student’s study result and suitable or reasonable to be a learning media toward 4th grade student at MIN Rejoso Jombang.
