Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kesulitan dalam melakukan penempatan kerja sesuai dengan minat karyawan kerap terjadi pada perusahaan yang memiliki bidang pekerjaan yang khas, bahkan karyawan itu sendiri banyak yang kesulitan menentukan minatnya sendiri. Bidang kerja yang diukur oleh alat tes minat yang sudah ada saat ini masih bersifat umum, sehingga sulit digunakan oleh perusahaan yang memiliki bidang pekerjaan khusus. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat tes minat khusus yang bisa menyesuaikan kebutuhan perusahaan.
Penelitian ini mengambil subyek karyawan Perum Perhutani. Pengembangan alat tes minat khusus ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai desain dan dasar perhitungannya dan diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.
Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan nilai convergent validity (0,70 : standar 0,50), Average Variance Extracted (AVE) (validitas konstruk) (0,50: standar 0,50), dan nilai cronbach’s alpha (0,90: standar 0,70) yang rata-rata di atas standar nilainya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat tes minat bidang pekerjaan ini valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara latar belakang usia, pendidikan, masa kerja, dan jenis kelamin dengan minat bidang pekerjaan yang diinginkan/ disukai tidak menjamin hubungan yang konsisten. Ketidak konsistenan tersebut bukan pada alat tesnya, tetapi ada pada subjeknya.

The difficulty of work placement in accordance with the employee interests often happens in companies that have a distinctive line of work and the employee itself have much difficulty to determine his own interest. Areas of work that measured by the existing interest test kits was still common, making it difficult to use by a company with special working field. Therefore, this study aims to develop a special interest test kits which could adapt to the needs of the company.
The subject of this study was the employee of Perum Perhutani. The special interest test kit was developed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as the design and calculation basis, and was tested using Smart PLS program version 3 for validity and reliability study.
The results showed that the value of convergent validity (0.70: 0.50 standard), Average Variance Extracted (AVE) (construct validity) (0.50: 0.50 standard), and the value of Cronbach’s alpha (0.90: standard 0 70) were above average of the standard value. It concluded that the interest test kit in this work field was valid and reliable. The results of this study also showed that the relationship between the background of the age, education, tenure, and gender with the desired field of work / preferred was not guarantee a consistent relationship. The inconsistency was not on the test kit, but on the subject line.
