Abstract

INDONESIA :

Tuberkulosis (TB) masih merupakan masalah kesehatan di dunia, karena prevalensinya yang semakin meningkat dan hasil pengobatan yang kurang memuaskan. Hal ini diduga karena pemahaman yang kurang lengkap mengenai peran sistem imun pada infeksi mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). Saat ini telah diketahui bahwa respon imun yang berperan dalam mengontrol perkembangan kuman tersebut adalah sel makrofag, limfosit T dan sitokin.

Penelitian ini telah membuat model matematika dari interaksi antara makrofag, limfosit T dan sitokin pda infeksi Mtb di dalam paru paru.

Dalam menyelesaikan sistem persamaan diferensial non-linear orde satu menggunakan ODE45 berbantuan matlab dan maple. Penelitian ini telah mengkonstruksi model matematika pada interaksi makrofag, sitokin, sel T CD4^+ (T_0,T_1,T_2)dan sel T CD8^+ (T_80,T_8,T_c). Berdasarkan analisis perilaku dinamik laju pergerakan (T_8 dan T_c) pada infeksi Mikobakterium Tuberkulosis dimulai pada saat t = 0 sampai t = 10, T_8 mengalami kenaikan hingga T_8=5×〖10〗^5, sedangkan T_c pada saat t = 0 sampai t = 100 mengalami kenaikan saat T_c=0.1×〖10〗^5, dengan T_8 dan T_c mengalami kestabilan tetap dimulai pada saat t = 100 sampai hari berikutnya.

ENGLISH:

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a health problem in the world, due to the increasing prevalence and treatment outcomes are less satisfactory. This is presumably due to a complete lack of understanding of the role of the immune system to the infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). Currently it is known that the immune response plays a role in controlling the development of the germ cells are macrophages, T lymphocytes and cytokines.

This study produced a mathematical model of the interaction between macrophages, T lymphocytes and cytokines pda Mtb infection in the lungs.

In solving the system of non-linear differential equations of first order we use ODE45 aided by matlab and maple. This study has constructed models of mathematic at macrophage interaction,cytokine, CD4+ T cells, and CD8+ T cells.

Based on the analysis of the dynamic behavior of the rate of movement (〖 T〗_8 and T_c) in Mycobacteria Tuberculosis infection begins at t = 0 to t = 10, T_8 increase to T_8=5×〖10〗^5, and T_c while at t = 0 to t = 100 increased when T_c = 0.1×〖10〗^5, with T_8 stability remain T_c experience begins at t = 100 until the next day.
