How they arrange the program, how they manage the voice, intonation and all language aspect perfectly. However, here is indirect contact between the broadcasters and the audience. They communicate without know each other’s, only the voice that can sent the message or information of the broadcasters. Concerning to this situation, the broadcasters forced to select their language. As in bilingual and multilingual society, the language phenomena is also spread in broadcasting. We often heard the broadcasters do code mixing in their presentation. Clearly, it’s usual in our life, we cannot talk it’s informal or formal language, because radio has its own language self. Furthermore, what code that usually used and why the Broadcasters used such code are interesting and needed to study, so we can get what the purpose or another mission within their language.
Code mixing that often used is closely related to the factors, either internal or external. Internal can be from the broadcasters self such as emotion, education, and cultural, religion background, while the external factor can be from the environment where they work, like the characteristic of the program (formal or informal), the situation of the environment (social, economic, politic, etc)

However, they used code mixing is purpose and unpurpose. Most of them do code mixing as the spontaneous things without their awareness caused by their habitual action because those terms are familiar and acceptable to the audience. In addition, some of them used code mixing due to their occupation as the presenters who give information, through mixing the language they easy to explain some message or information. Another data indicated that some of them used code mixing as the variation of word choice, the use of the same word frequent for more time caused boredom.
