Abstract
INDONESIA:
Model interaksi yang terjadi antara makrofag dengan mikobakterium tuberkulosis merupakan model matematika yang berbentuk sistem persamaan diferensial tak linier. Sel T juga ikut berperan dalam interaksi makrofag dan mikobakterim tuberkulosis. Peran sel T khususnya CTLs (Limfosit Sitotoksik ) sangat penting dalam mekanisme respon imun infeksi Mtb (Mikobakterium Tuberkulosis). Terjadinya infeksi aktif atau laten tergantung pada jumlah CTLs. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk simulasi model interaksi makrofag dan mikobakterium tuberkulosis dan perilaku dinamik dari model interaksi makrofag dan mikobakterium tuberkulosis.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, dengan menampilkan agumentasi penalaran keilmuan yang memaparkan hasil kajian literature dan hasil olah pikir peneliti mengenai permasalahan model interaksi makrofag dan mikobakterium tuberkulosis serta pengaruh CTLs terhadap infeksi Mtb (Mikobakterium Tuberkulosis).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan nilai parameter mempengaruhi populasi makrofag, bakteri serta CTLs. Kemampuan perkembangbiakan bakteri ekstraseluler menunjukkan perkembangan penyakit aktif.
ENGLISH:
Model interaction between macrophages with Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a form of not linear differential equation system of mathematical model. T cells also have a role in the interaction of macrophages and mycobacterium tuberculosis. The role of T cells, especially CTLs (Cytotoxic Lymphocyte) is very important in the immune response mechanism Mtb (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis) infection. The occurrence of active or latent infection depends on the number of CTLs. Based on the above problems, this study aims to determine the form of simulation models and to find out the dynamic behavior within interaction of macrophage and Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
This study uses the research literature, presenting scientific reasoning argumentation which presents the results of the study of literature and the results of the researchers thought related to problems and Mycobacterium macrophage interaction model of tuberculosis and the influence of CTLs against Mtb infection.
The results of this study indicate that differences in parameter values affect the population of macrophages, bacteria and CTLs. The ability of extracellular bacteria showed the development of active disease.
