Abstract
INDONESIA:
Model interaksi yang terjadi antara makrofag, sitokin, limfosit T dengan Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) merupakan model matematika yang berbentuk sistem persamaan diferensial tak linier. Peran limfosit T khususnya sel T CD4+ sangat penting dalam menekan infeksi Mtb. Kerentanan orang tua terhadap meningkatnya penyakit tuberkulosis disebabkan oleh keterlambatan antigen sel T Cluster of differentiation 4 (CD4+). Di mana sel tersebut dapat menghasilkan Interferron-gamma (IFN-γ) yang penting dalam mengendalikan infeksi Mtb. Banyaknya bakteri tergantung pada jumlah sel T CD4+. Berdasarkan masalah di atas maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model interaksi makrofag, sitokin, limfosit T dengan Mtb.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menampilkan argumentasi penalaran keilmuan yang memaparkan hasil kajian literatur dan hasil olah pikir peneliti mengenai permasalahan model interaksi makrofag, sitokin, limfosit T dengan Mtb dan pengaruh sel T CD4+ terhadap infeksi Mtb.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah makrofag, sitokin, limfosit T dan bakteri lebih banyak dimiliki di usia tua dan peningkatan jumlah sel T CD4+ di usia tua mempengaruhi populasi bakteri.
ENGLISH:
Model interaction between macrophages, cytokines, T lymphocytes with Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a form of nonlinear differential equation system of mathematics model. The role of T lymphocytes, especially T cells Cluster of differentiation 4 (CD4+) is very important to control Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection. Increasing susceptibility of the elderly is highly especially tuberculosis caused by the delay in the generation of antigen specific CD4+ T cells, where these cells derived (IFN-γ) is essential to control Mtb infection. The number of bacteria depends on the number of T cells CD4+. Based on the above problems, this study aims to determine the interaction model of macrophages, cytokines, T lymphocytes with Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
This research using library research by presenting arguments that explain reasoning scholarly literature and the results of the review process to think about model interaction between macrophages, cytokines, T lymphocytes with Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the influence of CD4+T cells against Mtb infection.
Result of this research indicates that the number of macrophages, cytokines, T lymphocytes and bacteria owned more in the elderly and increasing the number of CD4+T cells in the elderly affects the population of bacteria.
