Analisis pengaruh pendapatan pegadaian, harga emas, dan inflasi terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan Rahn dengan Return on Asset sebagai variabel intervening: Studi kasus pada Pegadaian Syariah di Indonesia periode 2018-2022

ABSTRAK

Sektor keuangan syariah khususnya pegadaian sangat menarik untuk dipelajari karena peran strateginya dalam ekonomi yang didasarkan pada prinsip Islam. Dalam konteks ini, faktor-faktor seperti tingkat inflasi, harga emas, dan pendapatn pegadaian sangat mempengaruhi operasi dan kinerja keuangan lembaga keuangan syariah. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh pendapatan pegadaian, harga emas, dan inflasi terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan rahn, serta pengaruh tidak langsung dari return on assets (ROA). Alat analisis menggunakan program Eviews12 pada windows dengan menggunakan metode analisis Path.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan pegadaian, harga emas, dan inflasi tidak mempengaruhi ROA, Pendapatan pegadaian, inflasi, ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran rahn. Harga emas mempengaruhi penyaluran rahn. Pendapatan pegadaian, harga emas, inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan rahn melalui ROA, atau ROA tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh pendapatan pegadaian, harga emas, inflasi terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan rahn.

ABSTRACT

The Islamic financial sector, especially pawnshops, is very interesting to study because of its strategic role in an economy based on Islamic principles. In this context, factors such as the inflation rate, gold prices, and pawnshop income greatly influence the operations and financial performance of Islamic financial institutions. By using quantitative research, the aim of this research is to see the influence of pawn shop income, gold prices and inflation on the distribution of rahn financing, as well as the indirect influence of return on assets (ROA). The analysis tool uses the Eviews12 program on Windows using the Path analysis method.

The research results show that pawnshop income, gold prices and inflation do not affect ROA. Pawnshop income, inflation, ROA do not affect rahn distribution. Gold prices affect rahn distribution. Pawnshop income, gold prices, inflation do not have a significant effect on the distribution of rahn financing through ROA, or ROA cannot mediate the influence of pawnshop income, gold prices, inflation on the distribution of rahn financing.

يعتبر القطاع المالي الإسلامي، وخاصة مكاتب الرهونات، مثيرًا للاهتمام لدراسته بسبب دوره الاستراتيجي في الاقتصاد القائم على المبادئ الإسلامية. وفي هذا السياق، تؤثر عوامل مثل معدلات التضخم، وأسعار الذهب، ودخل الرهن بشكل كبير على العمليات والأداء المالي للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية. والغرض من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة تأثير دخل الرهن وأسعار الذهب والتضخم على توزيع تمويل الرهن، وكذلك التأثير غير المباشر للعائد على الأصول (ROA)، وذلك باستخدام البحث الكمي. وتستخدم أداة التحليل برنامج Eviews12 على نظام ويندوز باستخدام طريقة تحليل المسار.

أظهرت النتائج أن دخل الرهن، وأسعار الذهب، والتضخم لم تؤثر على العائد على الأرباح، ودخل الرهن، والتضخم، ولم يكن للعائد على الأرباح أي تأثير على توزيع الرهن. يؤثر سعر الذهب على توزيع الرهن. لم يكن لدخل الرهن، وأسعار الذهب، والتضخم أي تأثير معنوي على توزيع تمويل الرهن من خلال العائد على الأصول، أو أن العائد على الأصول لا يمكن أن يتوسط تأثير دخل الرهن، وأسعار الذهب، والتضخم على توزيع تمويل الرهن.
