Abstract
INDONESIA:
IPS merupakan kajian dalam pembelajaran yang penting bagi siswa mempelajarinya ,karena IPS merupakan dasar untuk mengetahui bagaimna tata bersosial,interaksi,saling menolong dll,oleh karena itu peseta didik harus memahami dan menguasai tentang pembelajaran IPS,Untuk mencapai pembelajaran dengan baik,maka di perlukan adanya strategi,metode dan media pembelajaran yang harus di miliki oleh guru IPS.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan penyunan pembelajaran IPS di Kelas Bakat Minat di MTsN III Malang, (2) mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran IPS di Kelas Bakat Minat di MTsN III Malang, (3) mendeskripsikan proses penilaian pembelajaran di Kelas Bakat Minat di MTsN III Malang.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah penelitian yang dilakukan sebagai berikut: pertama, reduksi data yaitu penggolongan dan pemusatan data–data yang sudah diperoleh di lapangan untuk mempermudah peneliti dan data yang diperoleh juga valid, kedua penyajian data yaitu mengumpulkan data secara tersusun dengan memberi kemungkinan adanya kesimpulan dan tindakan, ketiga, verifikasi yaitu penarikan kesimpulan yang memberikan analisis data final.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, upaya yang dilakukan guru IPS dalam proses pembelajaran di Kelas Bakat Minat di MTsN III Malang 3 bentuk, diantaranya: (1), proses penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran IPS di Kelas Bakat Minat di MTsN III Malang.(2), proses pembelajaran IPS di Kelas Bakat Minat di MTsN III Malang (3),proses penilaian pembelajaran IPS di Kelas Bakat Minat di MTsN III Malang hambatan yang dihadapi minimnya media dan pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran IPS. Cara menanggulangi hambatan tersebut, yaitu: mengajari murid memahami dan mengerti dalam pembelejaran IPS dengan kemampuan guru IPS.

IPS is a study in learning is important for students to learn, because the IPS is the basis for knowing HOW governance bersosial, interaction, mutual helpfulness, etc., therefore peseta learners must understand and master of social studies learning, to achieve learning well, it needs their strategies, methods and media that should be owned by social studies teachers.
The purpose of this study was to: (1) describe penyunan learning social studies in Class Talent interest in MTsN III Malang, (2) describe the process of learning social studies in Class Talent interest in MTsN III Malang, (3) describe the process of learning assessment in Class Talent Interests in MTsN III Malang.
This research was qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Research steps are performed as follows: first, the reduction of data that classification and centralization of data that have been obtained in the field to facilitate the research and the data obtained are also valid, the presentation of data that is collected data arranged by giving the possibility of their conclusions and actions , third, verify that conclusion which gives the final data analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the efforts undertaken social studies teacher in the learning process in Class Talent interest in MTsN III Malang 3 forms, including: (1) the process of preparing the social studies lesson in class Talent interest in MTsN III Malang. (2), process learning social studies in Class Talent interest in MTsN III Malang (3), the process of learning assessment IPS in Class Talent interest in MTsN III Malang barriers facing the lack of media and supporters in the learning process IPS. How to overcome these obstacles, namely: to teach students to understand and appreciate the ability of teacherspembelejaran IPS with IPS.
