Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pada dasarnya, manusia adalah makhluk sosial, yakni antara manusia satu dengan yang lainnya saling membutuhkan dalam menjalani aktifitas dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya kemudian membentuk suatu hubungan yang bersifat take and give atau yang biasa disebut hubungan timbal balik, hubungan timbal balik yang tidak hanya semata-mata mengandalkan kualitas intelektualnya saja, melainkan juga terletak dalam kemampuannya bekerja sama dengan orang lain, tanpa hal itu manusia akan kesulitan hidup bermasyarakat serta dalam mencapai kebahagiaan dan kasejahteraan hidupnya. Upaya untuk melatih dan membiasakan bersikap sesuai dengan norma dan etika di masyarakat, perlu yang namanya wadah yang berupa lembaga, salah satu lembaga tersebut adalah Pondok Pesantren. Pondok Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan dan lembaga kemasyarakatan.
Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, maka fokus penelitian yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana upaya pengembangan sikap sosial santri di pondok pesantren Al-Ishlahiyah Malang, (2) Apa sajakah faktor-faktor penunjang dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan upaya pengembangan sikap sosial santri di pondok pesantren Al-Ishlahiyah Malang.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yakni peneliti berangkat ke lapangan untuk mengamati dan memahami fenomena yang sedang terjadi di Pondok pesantren Al-Ishlahiyah Malang, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikas data.
Adapun hasil penelitian upaya pengembangan sikap sosial santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlahiyah Malang menunjukkan bahwa, (1) upaya pengembangan sikap sosial berupa program dan rutinitas yang ada di pesantren antara lain yakni: madrasah diniyah, pengajian rutin, piket, dan bakti sosial (2) faktor-faktor yang menjadi penunjang dan penghambat berasal dari diri sendiri, orang lain dan fasilitas yang tersedia.
ABSTRACT
Basically, humans are social beings, between human beings one and another, they need each other in carrying out their activities and fulfilling their needs. Thus, they then establish a relationship that is both take and give, or commonly called a mutual relationship, mutual relationship that not only merely relies on intellectual quality, but also lies on the ability to cooperate with others. Hence, without it people will have difficulty to live in a society as well as the difficulty in achieving happiness and welfare life. In training and familiarizing behaviors in accordance with the norms and ethics in society, thus, an institution is necessary to achieve these goals. One of these institutions is Islamic boarding school. Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution and community institutions.
Departing from this problem, so the focus of research undertaken in this study were: (1) How are the efforts in developing social attitudes of the students in Islamic boarding school Al-Ishlahiyah Malang, (2) What are the contributing factors and obstacles in the implementation of the efforts in developing social attitudes of the students in Islamic boarding school Al-Ishlahiyah Malang.
The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research, in which the researcher went to the field to observe and understand the phenomenon that is happening in Islamic boarding school Al-Ishlahiyah Malang. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and data verification.
The results of the research of the efforts in developing social attitudes of the students at Islamic boarding school Al-Ishlahiyah Malang showed that, (1) the efforts in developing social attitudes are in the form of programs and routines that are applied in the boarding school, among others, namely: Islamic school, for their routine, cleaning chores, and social services (2 ) factors that support and inhibit the social attitudes comes from oneself, others and the facilities available.
