Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat belajar siswa khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPS karena merupakan mata pelajaran yang kurang diminati karena banyaknya materi yang penuh dengan hafalan sehingga banyak siswa yang tidak tertarik, tidak bersemangat, serta kurang memperhatikan guru saat pelajaran, dan pemahaman siswa pun berkurang. Melalui pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif diharapkan hasil belajar siswa ini dapat ditingkatkan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain dan kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif, dan menganalisis perbedaan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD NU Bangil.
Jenis penelitian yang diguanakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D), dengan model Borg & Gall dengan tahapan yaitu potensi atau masalah, pengumpulan data, desain poduk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian dan revisi produk akhir.
Hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif memenuhi kriteria valid dengan prosentase hasil uji coba oleh ahli materi 87%, ahli desain media 86%, ahli pembelajaran 93% dan hasil uji coba lapangan adalah 88%. Hasil belajar siswa rata-rata pre-test adalah 45,19 dan nilai post-test adalah 76,15. Pada uji t manual dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05 diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel yaitu 4.660 > 2,060 yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap media yang dikembangkan. Dari hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD NU Bangil. Dengan demikian, bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS.
ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by the lack of student interest in learning, especially in social studies because it is a subject that is less desirable because the large amount of material that is filled with memorizing so many students are not interested, not excited, and less attention to the teacher during the lesson, and the students' understanding was reduced. Through the development of learning media based interactive multimedia is expected to improve learning outcomes of students.
This research aims to determine the design and feasibility of learning media based on interactive multimedia, and analyze the differences in the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in Elementary School NU Bangil.
This type of research is Research and Development (R & D), with a model Borg & Gall with stages namely potential or problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product testing, product revision, practical utility testing and revision of the final product.
The result of the development of learning media based on interactive multimedia fills up valid criteria with the percentage of test results by materials experts 87%, media design experts 86%, learning experts 93% and the results of field trials is 88%. The results of students' average pre-test is 45.19 and post-test score is 76.15. In manual t test with significance level of 0.05 is obtained tcount> ttable namely 4.660> 2.060 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so there is a significant difference to the media developed. From the results obtained shows that the products developed can affect learning outcomes fifth grade students of Elementary School NU Bangil. Thus, teaching materials based on interactive multimedia eligible for use in social studies learning.
