Abstract
INDONESIA:
Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) mempunyai tanggung jawab besar dan tugas yang strategis dalam mendidik siswa. Salah satu yang mendukung keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran terhadap siswa adalah dengan penerapan metode pembelajaran. Metode Bahsul Masa’il adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran pendekatan berpikir dan berbasis masalah yang dalam penerapanya diawali dengan pembahasan permasalahan-permasalahan. Metode Bahsul Masa’il adalah metode diskusi/musyawarah dengan kelompok kecil yang saling membantu dalam membahas dan menyelesaikan permasalahan bidang materi fiqih ibadah dalam Islam. Motede bahsul masa’il dalam aspek pembelajaran mempunyai kemiripan dengan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam langkah-langkahnya. Metode Bahsul Masa’il melalui tiga tahapan; (1) Pra bahsul masa’il, (2) Pelaksanaan bahsul masa’il, dan (3) Evaluasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan (1) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih semester ganjil kelas XI PK di MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo dengan penerapan metode bahsul masa’il dibandingkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah). (2) tingkat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih semester ganjil kelas XI PK di MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo dengan penerapan metode bahsul masa’il dibandingkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah). (3) tingkat motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih semester ganjil kelas XI PK di MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo dengan penerapan metode bahsul masa’il dibandingkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah).
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berjenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain quasi eksperiment (eksperimen semu) dengan rancangan (Nonequivalen Control Grup Design). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi yang menggunakan semua sampel dengan teknik pengumpulan data tes dan non tes. Sedangkan analisis data meliputi (1) analisis tahap awal meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, perhitungan indeks gain. (2) tahap akhir meliputi uji Paired Sampel T Tes (uji t) dan uji Man Withney Wilcoxon (U tes).
Hasil penelitian ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang lebih baik tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih semester ganjil kelas XI PK di MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo dengan penerapan metode bahsul masa’il dibandingkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah). (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang lebih baik tingkat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih semester ganjil kelas XI PK di MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo dengan penerapan metode bahsul masa’il dibandingkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah). (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang lebih baik tingkat motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih semester ganjil kelas XI PK di MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo dengan penerapan metode bahsul masa’il dibandingkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah).
ENGLISH:
Teacher of islamic education (PAI) has a great responsibility and a strategic duty in teaching the students. One of a factor which support the success of teaching-learning process for the student is applying the teaching-learning method. Bahsul Masa’il Method is a teaching learning method that used a thinking approaches and problem based learning which begin with discussing the issues. Bahsul Masa’il Method is a discussion method within a small group which work together to discuss and solve the issues about fiqh of worship in islam. In teaching-learning aspect, Bahsul Masa’il method has a similarity procedure with (PBL) Problem Based Learning. Bahsul Masa’il method through these three stages (1) Pre Bahsul Masail, (2) The implementation of bahsul masa’il, and (3) Evaluation.
This research aimed to explain (1) The level of students motivation in fiqh subject on odd semester of XI PK class at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo with the implementation of bahsul masa’il method rather than class control method which used a conventional teaching-learning process (discourse). (2) The level in improving the result of teaching-learning process in fiqh subject on odd semester of XI PK class at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo with the implementation of bahsul masa’il method rather than class control method which used a conventional teaching-learning process (discourse). (3) The level of students motivation and the result of teaching-learning process in fiqh subject on odd semester of XI PK class at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo with the implementation of bahsul masa’il method rather than class control method which used a conventional teaching-learning process (discourse).
This research used a quantitative approaches in the type of experimental study with quasi experimental design using Nonequivalen Control Group Design. This study is a reseach population which collects the whole samples using test and non-test collecting data. The procedures of analyzing the data are (1) The first step is validity test, reliability, and calculation of gain index. (2) The second step is Paired Sample T Test and Man Withney Wilcoxon (U Test).
The result of the study represents (1) a better impact for students’ motivation in fiqh subject on odd semester of XI PK class at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo with the implementation of bahsul masa’il method rather than class control method which used a conventional teaching-learning process (discourse). (2) an improvement for the result of teaching-learning process in fiqh subject on odd semester of XI PK class at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo with the implementation of bahsul masa’il method rather than class control method which used a conventional teaching-learning process (discourse). (3) a better impact for students’ motivation and an improvement of teaching-learning process in fiqh subject on odd semester of XI PK class at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo with the implementation of bahsul masa’il method rather than class control method which used a conventional teaching-learning process (discourse).
