Abstract
INDONESIA:
Sebuah pendidikan dan sebuah pekerjaan dikatakan profesi jika dilakukan untuk mencari nafkah sekaligus dilakukan dengan tingkat keahlian yang di tinggi. Kompetensi profesional merupakan kemampuan guru dalam menguasai materi pelajaran secara luas dan mendalam yang memungkinkan mereka membimbing siswa dalam menguasai materi yang diajarakan sehingga siswa dapat memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik dan kompetensi pedagogik merupakan kemampuan seorang guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran siswa yang akan berakibat pada motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) adakah pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru PAI terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Cerme Gresik? (2) adakah pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru PAI terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Cerme Gresik? (3) adakah pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Cerme Gresik? (4) adakah pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Cerme Gresik?
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survey, Penelitian survey yang dimaksud adalah bersifat menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan pengujian hipotesis antara variabel kompetensi profesional guru PAI (X1), kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI (X2), motivasi belajar (X3), dan hasil belajar (Y).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi profesional guru PAI terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar (0,014<0,05) kompetensi profesional guru PAI terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar (0,011<0,05). kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI terhadap motivasi belajar dengan signifikansi sebesar (0,009<0,05). kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI terhadap Hasil belajar dengan signifikansi sebesar (0,010<0,05). Sehingga dapat dikatan bahwa kompetensi profesional dan pedagogik guru PAI berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa.

An education and a job can be considered as professions if people involve themselves in those areas for a living with a high level of expertise. Professional competence is teachers’ ability to master the lesson in a broad and comprehensive way. It allows them to guide students in understanding the subject so that students can obtain good learning result. Pedagogical competence is the teachers’ ability to manage students' learning process that will affect students’ learning motivation and learning results.
This study aims to explicate and answer: (1) is there a significant influence of the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers on the students’ learning motivation in SMAN 1 Cerme, Gresik? (2) is there a significant influence of the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers on the students’ learning result in SMAN 1 Cerme, Gresik? (3) is there a significant influence of the pedagogical competence of Islamic Education teachers on the students’ learning motivation in SMAN 1 Cerme, Gresik? (4) is there a significant influence of the pedagogical competence of Islamic Education teachers on the students’ learning result in SMAN 1 Cerme, Gresik?
This study employs a quantitative approach and survey research method. This survey research describes causal relationships and hypotheses testing among the variables of professional competence of Islamic Education teachers (X1), pedagogical competence of Islamic Education teachers (X2), learning motivation (X3), and learning result (Y).
The study results indicate that the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers has a significant influence on the students’ learning motivation with a significance value of t (0.014 <0.05). The professional competence of Islamic Education teachers also significantly influences the learning result with significance value of (0.011 <0.05). The pedagogical competence of Islamic Education teachers has a significant influence on the students’ learning motivation as shown by the value of (0.009 <0.05). The pedagogical competence of Islamic Education teachers’ significant value on the students’ learning result is (0.010 <0.05). Thus, this study proves that professional and pedagogical competence of Islamic Education teachers influence students’ learning motivation and learning result.
