Pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzil Qur'an Dempo Timur Pasean Pamekasan

Sebagai lembaga Pendidikan dalam melaksanakan proses pendidikannya, sangat penting memiliki fasilitas dan peralatan yang memadai. Sarana dan prasarana adalah alat atau bahan yang digunakan dalam proses belajar-mengajar di pondok pesantren. Kemudian sarana dan prasarana tersebut dikelola dengan baik yakni dengan proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang baik. Hal demikian memiliki tujuan guna mengontrol kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan, serta mengorganisir keadaan sarana dan prasarana yang ada Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzil Qur'an.

Rumusan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Apakah ada pengaruh positif Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Terhadap Kepuasan Santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzil Qur’an Dempo Timur Pasean Pamekasan? (2) Bagaimana Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana dalam meningkatkan kepuasan santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzil Qur’an Dempo Timur Pasean Pamekasan?

Adapun pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods). Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari bulan September - November 2023 di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzil Qur’an Dempo Timur Pamekasan melalui kegiatan penyebaran angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data penelitian ini dibagi dua, analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif dalam hal ini yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian ini yaitu Waka sarana dan prasarana pesantren, staf pondok, pembimbing tahfidz dan santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzil Qur’an Dempo Timur Pamekasan.

Berdasarkan kajian paparan data dan hasil analisis, didapati temuan-temuan menarik, sehingga hasil dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh positif manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan santri pondok pesantren tahfidzil qur’an dempo timur pasean pamekasan; (2) Manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan kepuasan santri di pondok pesantren tahfidzil qur’an dempo timur pasean pamekasan dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan; analisis kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, penyaluran, pencatatan, pemeliharaan dan penghapusan kemudian perlu memeperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan santri yaitu kualitas produk/jasa, kualitas pelayanan dan harga.

As an educational institution in carrying out its educational process, it is very important to have adequate facilities and equipment. Facilities and infrastructure are tools or materials used in the teaching and learning process in Islamic boarding schools. Then the facilities and infrastructure are managed properly, namely with a good facilities and infrastructure management process. This has the aim of controlling the needs of the necessary facilities and infrastructure, as well as organizing the condition of existing facilities and infrastructure of the Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School.

The formulation of this study is: (1) Is there a positive influence of Facilities and Infrastructure Management on the Satisfaction of Santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzil Qur'an Dempo Timur Pasean Pamekasan? (2) How is the Management of Facilities and Infrastructure in increasing the satisfaction of students of the Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Dempo Timur Pasean Pamekasan?

The approach to this research uses mixed methods. The research was conducted from September - November 2023 at the Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in East Dempo Pamekasan through questionnaire dissemination activities, interviews, observations and documentation. While this research data analysis technique is divided into two, quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis in this case used are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. Then proceed with qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing / verification. While the subjects of this study are Waka Islamic boarding school facilities and infrastructure, cottage staff, tahfidz supervisors and students of the Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Dempo Timur Pasean Pamekasan.

Based on the study of data exposure and analysis results, interesting findings were found, so that the results of the study concluded that: (1) There is a positive influence of facilities and infrastructure management on the satisfaction of students of the Islamic boarding school tahfidzil qur'an; (2) Management of facilities and infrastructure in increasing student satisfaction at the Islamic Boarding School Tahfidzil Qur'an is carried out in stages; Analysis of the needs of facilities and infrastructure, distribution, recording, maintenance and deletion then needs to pay attention to the factors that affect student satisfaction, namely the quality of products / services, service quality and price.

كمؤسسة تعليمية في تنفيذ عمليتها التعليمية ، من المهم جدا أن يكون لديك مرافق ومعدات كافية. المرافق والبنية التحتية هي أدوات أو مواد تستخدم في عملية التعليم والتعلم في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية. ثم تتم إدارة المرافق والبنية التحتية بشكل صحيح ، أي من خلال عملية جيدة لإدارة المرافق والبنية التحتية. ويهدف ذلك إلى التحكم في احتياجات المرافق والبنية التحتية اللازمة ، فضلا عن تنظيم حالة المرافق والبنية التحتية القائمة لمدرسة الحفاظ على القرآن الإسلامية الداخلية.

صياغة هذه الدراسة هي: (١) هل هناك تأثير إيجابي لإدارة المرافق والبنية التحتية على رضا سانتري بوندوك بيسانترين تحفيظيل القرآن ديمبو تيمور باسيان باميكاسان؟ (٢) كيف يتم إدارة المرافق والبنية التحتية في زيادة رضا طلاب مدرسة تحفيظ القرآن الإسلامية الداخلية ديمبو تيمور باسيان باميكاسان؟

يستخدم نهج هذا البحث طرقا مختلطة. تم إجراء البحث في الفترة من سبتمبر إلى نوفمبر سنة ألفين وثلاثة وعشرين في مدرسة تحفيظ القرآن الإسلامية الداخلية ديمبو تيمور باميكاسان من خلال أنشطة نشر الاستبيان والمقابلات والملاحظات والتوثيق. بينما تنقسم تقنية تحليل البيانات البحثية هذه إلى قسمين ، فإن تحليل البيانات الكمية وتحليل البيانات النوعية في هذه الحالة المستخدمة هي الاختبارات الإحصائية الوصفية واختبارات الافتراض الكلاسيكية واختبارات الانحدار الخطي البسيطة واختبارات معامل التحديد واختبارات الفرضيات. ثم تابع تحليل البيانات النوعية ، أي تقليل البيانات ، وعرض البيانات ، ورسم / التحقق من الاستنتاجات. في حين أن موضوعات هذه الدراسة هي مرافق مدرسة واكا الإسلامية الداخلية والبنية التحتية ، وموظفي الكوخ ، ومشرفي الحفظ وطلاب مدرسة تحفيظ القرآن الإسلامية الداخلية ديمبو تيمور باميكاسان.

بناء على دراسة التعرض للبيانات ونتائج التحليل ، تم العثور على نتائج مثيرة للاهتمام ، بحيث خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: (١) هناك تأثير إيجابي لإدارة المرافق والبنية التحتية على رضا طلاب المدرسة الداخلية الإسلامية الحفاظ على القرآن ديمبو تيمور باسيان باميكاسان (٢) إدارة المرافق والبنية التحتية في زيادة رضا الطلاب في المدرسة الداخلية الإسلامية تحفيظ القرآن ديمبو تيمور باسيان باميكاسان يتم تنفيذها على مراحل ؛ تحليل احتياجات المرافق والبنية التحتية والتوزيع والتسجيل والصيانة والحذف ثم يحتاج إلى الانتباه إلى العوامل التي تؤثر على رضا الطلاب ، وهي جودة المنتجات / الخدمات وجودة الخدمة والسعر.
