Perancangan rumah susun sewa di Bantargebang Bekasi

Kota Bekasi merupakan bagian dari megapolitan Jabodetabek dan menjadi kota satelit dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak se-Indonesia. Jumlah Penduduk Kota Bekasi saat ini lebih dari 2,2 juta jiwa yang tersebar di 12 kecamatan. Minimnya lahan serta mahalnya harga tanah dan rumah menjadi salah satu kendala banyaknya penyalahgunaan lahan terlarang sebagai area untuk mendirikan tempat tinggal. Jumlah masyarakat yang semakin meningkat, membuat pemerintah banyak melakukan penggusuran. Untuk mengatasi solusi tersebut, maka pemerintah Kota Bekasi akan berencana menyediakan fasilitas berupa rumah susun sewa yang akan dibangun di Kelurahan Sumur Batu, Kecamatan Bantargebang Bekasi. Selain itu rumah susun sewa dirasa pemerintah mampu membantu masyarakat dengan perekonomian rendah untuk tetap mendapatkan tempat tinggal yang layak.
