Abstract
INDONESIA:
Permasalahan sampah menjadi fenomena umum di Kota Malang. Timbunan sampah yang tidak terkendali dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut pemerintah Kota Malang dengan kader lingkungan Kota Malang membentuk Bank Sampah Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan 3 informan pokok dan 3 informan tambahan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menguji keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Lokasi penelitian di Bank Sampah Malang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, implementasi bauran pemasaran di Bank Sampah Malang yaitu dengan mendesain produk penghimpunan dan penyaluran dalam bentuk tabungan (product), menentukan harga produk dengan survey pasar (price), melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat (promotion), pengambilan sampah menggunakan armada kendaraan (place), keterlibatan karyawan dalam pemasaran (people), penjadwalan operasional Bank Sampah Malang (process) dan membedakan antara gudang produksi dengan kantor Bank Sampah Malang (physical evidance).

Waste problem becomes a common phenomenon in Malang. Uncontrolled waste piles can cause various problems, to overcome this Malang city government to establish environmental cadres Malang Malang Waste Bank.
This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling method with the three principal informant and three additional informants. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. In testing the validity of the data, this study using triangulation techniques. The research location in Malang Waste Bank.
The results showed that, the implementation of the marketing mix in the Bank Trash Malang, by designing the product collection and distribution in the form of savings (product), pricing products to survey the market (price), to disseminate to the public (promotion), trash collection using a fleet of vehicles ( place), involvement of employees in marketing (people), operational scheduling Malang Waste Bank (process) and distinguish between the production warehouse with offices Malang Waste Bank (physical evidance).
