Analisis kebutuhan dan motivasi walisantri terhadap keputusan memilih Pondok Pesantren Modern al-Rifa’ie Malang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel kebutuhan dan variabel motivasi walisantri terhadap keputusan memilih pondok pesantren modern Al-rifa’ie Malang secara simultan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel kebutuhan dan motivasi walisantri terhadap keputusan memilih pondok pesantren modern Al-rifa’ie Malang secara parsial.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda.Pengukuran populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 406 responden dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden.Diuji dengan asumsi klasik dengan rumus regresi linier berganda guna mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel kebutuhan dan motivasi, secara simultan dan secara parsial.

Maka hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pengaruh antara kebutuhan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) secara simultan, dengan nilai Fhitung ≥ Ftabel (5,010 ≥ 3,15). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan Kebutuhan (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih pondok.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data terbukti dengan thitung ≥ ttabel (3,102 ≥ 2,000) Sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara parsial kebutuhan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih pondok (Y). Sedangkan Berdasarkan hasil dengan thitung ≥ ttabel (0,226 ≤ 2,000) yang berarti bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi (X2) secara parsial terhadap keputusan memilih pondok Modern Al-Rifa’ie Malang.

The aim of this study, the first is in order to investigate the influence of both variable needs and motivation of student guardians toward the decision of choosing modern boarding school Al-rifa'ie Malang simultaneously, and the second goal is in order to determine the effect of the variable needs and motivation of student guardians toward the decision of choosing modern boarding school Al- rifa'ie Malang partially.

This study is a correlation research using multiple linear regression method. Measurement of population in this study were 406 respondents with a sample of 50 respondents. It is tested with the classic assumption by multiple linear regression formula in order to determine the effect of the variable needs and motivations, simultaneously and partially.

Therefore the study results obtained influence between needs (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously, with the value of F ≥ F table (5.010 ≥ 3.15). It can be concluded that the simultaneous requirement (X1) and motivation (X2) have a significant influence on the decision to choose the cottage. Based on the analysis of data has proved to tcount ≥ ttable (3.102 ≥ 2.000). In sum, partially requirement (X1) significantly influence the decision to choose the cottage (Y). Whereas, based on the results with ≥ tcount ttable (0.226 ≤ 2.000), it means that there is no significant influence of motivation (X2) partially to the decision to choose Al-Rifa'ie Modern cottage Malang.
