Abstract
INDONESIA:
Sirsak (Annona muricata L.) merupakan tanaman tropis yang seluruh bagian tanamannya dapat digunakan sebagai obat alternatif berbagai macam penyakit salah satunya sebagai antidiabetes, karena tanaman ini mengandung senyawa aktif yaitu flavonoid sebagai antihipoglikemik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) terhadap SOD, berat badan dan histologi hepar tikus (Rattus norvegicus) yang diinduksi aloksan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Beberapa perlakuan tersebut adalah tikus diinduksi aloksan 120 mg/kgBB yang diikuti dengan pemberian ekstrak daun sirsak dosis 0mg/KgBB(K+), 50mg/KgBB (P1), 100mg/KgBB (P2) dan 150mg/KgBB (P3). Hewan coba yang digunakan adalah tikus jantan putih galur wistar, berumur 2 bulan dengan berat badan 200 gram. Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar SOD, histologi luas vena sentralis, sinusoid dan sel normal dan abnormal hepatosit hepar tikus. Data kadar SOD, luas venasentralis dan jumlah sel hepatosit yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANAVA satu arah. Apabila terdapat perbedaan nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji duncan 5%.
Aktivitas antidiabetes ekstrak daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) pada tikus yang diinduksi aloksan tidak mempengaruhi kadar SOD hepar, histologi luas vena sentralis, sinusoid dan jumlah sel normal dan abnormal hepatosit hepar tikus. Dosis ekstrak daun sirsak yang optimal dalam mempengaruhi luas vena sentralis adalah 150mg/KgBB, sedangkan pada jumlah sel hepatosit adalah 150mg/KgBB
ENGLISH:
Soursop (Annona muricata L.) is a tropical plant that all parts of the plant can be used as an alternative medicine various diseases one of them as an antidiabetic, because these plants contain active compounds are flavonoids as antihipoglikemik. This study aims to determine the effect of leaf extract of soursop (Annona muricata L.) on SOD, weight and liver histology rat (Rattus norvegicus) induced by alloxan.
This study is an experimental study using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments 3 replications. Some of these treatments are alloxan induced rat 120 mg / kg, followed by administration of a dose of soursop leaf extract 0mg / KgBW (K +), 50mg / KgBW (P1), 100 mg / KgBW (P2) and 150mg/ KgBW (P3). Experimental animals used were male rats of wistar strain white, 2 months old with a weight of 200 grams. Parameters measured were SOD, histology broad central vein, sinusoids and normal cells and abnormal rat liver hepatocytes. Data SOD, broad central venous and hepatocyte cell counts were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. If there is a real difference followed by Duncan test 5%.
Antidiabetic activity of leaf extract of soursop (Annona muricata L.) on alloxan-induced mice did not affect hepatic SOD, histology broad central vein, sinusoids and the number of normal and abnormal cells rat liver hepatocytes. Dose soursop leaf extract optimal in influencing broad central vein is 150mg / kgBW, while the number of hepatocyte cells is 150mg / KgBW.
