Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh dimensi kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dimensi kualitas produk secara simultan dan parsial serta pengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen produk spring bed OCEAN AMERICAN.
Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode sampling aksidental (accidental sampling). Model analisis menggunakan uji autokorelasi dan uji normalitas. Dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f (simultan), uji t (parsial).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas produk yang terdiri dari performansi (X1), keandalan (X2), konformasi (X3), durability (X4), kemampuan pelayanan (X5) dan estetika (X6) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen (Y), dan secara parsial hanya variabel konformasi (X3) dan kemampuan pelayanan (X5) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).
ENGLISH:
This study is the effect of the quality dimension toward the purchasing decision. This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of product quality dimensions simultaneously and partially with a dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions of spring bed products AMERICAN OCEAN.
The research was a quantitative research with survey method through questionnaires. Sampling used non probability sampling with accidental sampling method (accidental sampling). Model analysis used autocorrelation test and normality test. Followed by a hypothesis test using f test (simultaneously), t test (partially).
The results showed that the dimensions of the quality of a product consisted of a performance (X1), reliability (X2), conformation (X3), durability (X4), the ability of service (X5) and aesthetics (X6) simultaneously influenced significant on consumer purchasing decisions (Y ), and partially only variable conformations (X3) and service capabilities (X5) that significantly influenced the purchasing decisions (Y)
