ABSTRACT

Mixed marriage is marriage between Indonesian citizen with citizen of foreign country in Indonesian often happen, this matter is one of mistake because of the presence of socied interaction that too complex. Such this matter happen in Kuta,Badung country, differecies mixed marriage citizen is not again become suprising thing.

For Indonesian citizen will carryout a mixed marriage needs to pay atttention implementation of mixed marriage, certain mentioned found insection 59 verse of 2 legislatif of marriage number 1, 1974 year that mixed marriage is direct in Indonesia conduct follow legislatif of marriage. Both formal and materiil like good fill of rule. That predict of fixed for perform mixed mariagc.

Marriage with people of foreign have many problem one of mistake lived risk side people of foreign happen at any time andany different again of tradition, culture and religius, unification of perspective and mission form certain not easly.

For to know about mixed marriage in Kuta village, Badung country, this reaserch of this problem, such as :1. How Implementation of tnixed marriage in kuta village, Badung country?, 2. it are factors which causes of doer mixed marriage in kuta village, Badung country do mixed marriage?

For answer question this study, this reaserch is plan, namely: Kinds of research are field research with use Kualitative approach and inductive approach that used interview and documentation, tekhnik of data collection.
After collect data, this research make editing, classifiying, verifying, analyzing and concluding. In data Analyze used Descriptif Kualitative.

Fonn result of tins study find out that implementation of mixed marriage in Kuta village, Badung country many used “under hand”. According to religius or local tradition its legal because have full filled pillar and requisite many. However mixed marriage “Under hand” it is not deem legal by national of law and international of law. The risk of the law mixed marriage under hand very high and very inflict a financial loss to women especially childrens which have bomed. However, all of the risk are not important thing for them than factors which form the background of drey marry with citizen of foreign country, such as caused economic factor, unvirginity, follow their friend, want to get good physic for their generation. The fact is too far from meaning and purpose in implementation of marriage.
