Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pondok pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran agama Islam dimana seorang kiai mengajarkan ilmu agama Islam dan para santrinya biasanya tinggal di pondok (asrama) dalam pesantren tersebut. Dewasa ini permasalahan seputar pengembangan model pendidikan pondok pesantren dalam hubungannya dengan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan isu aktual dalam arus perbincangan kepesantrenan kontemporer maka fokus penelitian ini terletak pada bagian kepegawaian pondok pesantren yang dibuatkan Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian untuk menangani para pegawai didalam pondok pesantren.
Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian memerlukan integrasi dengan sistem informasi lain, maka sistem ERP Pondok Pesantren dibangun dengan menerapkan Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Semua sistem informasi dalam sistem ERP Pondok Pesantren akan terhubung menggunakan web service. Service-service tersebut didaftarkan ke Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) yang berperan sebagai perantara (broker) antar service. Dengan adanya ESB dalam sistem ERP Pondok Pesantren, maka komunikasi antar services akan terstruktur dengan baik.
ENGLISH:
Pesantren is an institution of education and instruction in Islam in which a teacher of Islam teaches Islamic religious sciences and his students usually stay in the lodge (hostel) in the boarding school. Today the issues surrounding the development of the educational model boarding school in conjunction with improving the quality of human resources is a real issue in the current debate contemporary uniquely pesantren the focus of this study lies in the personnel department boarding schools that made the Human Resources Information System to handle the employees in the boarding school.
Human Resources Information System requires integration with other information systems, the ERP system boarding school built by applying Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). All system information in the ERP system boarding school will be connected using the web service. The services are registered with the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), which acts as an intermediary (broker) between the service. With the ESB in the ERP system boarding school, then communication between services will be structured.
