Analisis konten Youtube sebagai objek jaminan utang perspektif PP nomor 24 tahun 2022: Studi pada akun Youtube Nuril Asyrof

ABSTRAK

Pada era industry 4.0, perkembangan media sosial seperti youtube kian pesat dan diminati oleh mayoritas generasi milenial. Hal berdampak pada muncul banyaknya kreator konten digital di youtube. Apabila ditelaah dari PP Nomor 24 tahun 2022, youtube merupakan bagian dari ekonomi kreatif yang bisa dijaminkan untuk pembiayaan utang apabila memenuhi syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan.
Dalam konteks inilah, peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui 1) Bagaimana aktivitas akun youtube Nuril Asyrof sebagai sumber pendapatan bernilai ekonomis 2) Bagaimana akun youtube Nuril Asyrof sebagai objek jaminan utang perspektif PP Nomor 24 Tahun 2022.
Adapun pendekatan penelitian yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian empiris (field research). Sumber data utama adalah akun youtube Nuril Asyrof (@nurilasyrof), dan sumber data sekunder yaitu PP Nomor 24 Tahun 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari: 1) Reduksi data, 2) Tampilan Data, 3) Kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Konten youtube dalam akun youtube Nuril Asyrof dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pendapatan melalui dua cara yaitu active income dan passive income. Active income yaitu pendapatan yang dihasilkan dari endorse atau promosi. Sedangkan passive income yaitu pendapatan yang hasilkan dari monetisasi video atau kerja sama antara google adsense dan youtube dengan beberapa syarat dan kriteria tertentu, 2) Akun youtube Nuril Asyrof tidak dapat digunakan sebagai jaminan utang dikarenakan tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan berdasarkan PP Nomor 24 Tahun 2022. Berdasarkan PP Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 tidak layak karena: a) Belum memenuhi nilai ekonomis yang dipesyaratkan oleh PP Nomor 24 Tahun 2022, b) Belum terdaftar sebagai kekayaan intelektual di lembaga Direktorat Jendral Kekayaan Intelektual (DJKI) Kemenkumham.

ABSTRACT

In the industrial era 4.0, the development of social media such as YouTube is increasing rapidly and is in demand by the majority of the millennial generation. This has an impact on the emergence of many digital content creators on YouTube. When examined from PP No. 24 of 2022, YouTube is part of the creative economy which can be used as collateral for debt financing if it meets the specified conditions.
In this context, researchers are interested in analyzing and knowing 1) How is the activity of Nuril Asyro's YouTube account as a source of income with economic value 2) How is Nuril Asyro's YouTube account as an object of debt guarantee from the perspective of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2022.
The research approach is to use empirical research (field research). The main data source is Nuril Asyrof's YouTube account (@nurilasyrof), and the secondary data source is Government Regulation Number 24 of 2022. The results of the study show that 1) Youtube content in Nuril Asyrof's YouTube account can be used as a source of income in two ways, namely active income and passive income. Active income, namely income generated from endorsements or promotions. Meanwhile, passive income is income generated from video monetization or collaboration between Google Adsense and YouTube with certain terms and criteria, 2) Nuril Asyrof's YouTube account cannot be used as collateral for debt because it does not meet the criteria set out in PP Number 24 of 2022.
