Dampak perkawinan paksa terhadap kehidupan keluarga: Studi kasus di desa Pandanajeng Kecamatan Tampang kabupaten Malang

ABSTRACT

Marriage is create life of family between husband/wife and also parent to be reached life which sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah. However that happened in society sometimes become otherly, marriage which ought to represent a sacral tying shift to become a meant value just for reaching a target of ill defined without soybean cake of marriage intention which in fact. Marriage like oftentimes happened in Countryside of Pandanajeng, District of Tumpang, Sub-Province of Malang and represent a example of friction of marriage values. The form of this marriage is force marriage without passing preparation and less paying attention in problem of marriage, like problem of the readiness of physical and bounce (adulthood, ability give maintenance and others) and also the existence of constraint of parent, problems which lifted in this research are: (1) do factors causing the happening of force marriage; (2) how impact force marriage to life of family; (3) how evaluation according to Law Islam and Law of Marriage No. 1 Year 1974 about force marriage.
The research type which used in this research is case study type, namely researcher checking the impact of force marriage to life of family in Countryside of Pandanajeng, District of Tumpang, Sub-Province of Malang. The approach the used is approach qualitative, this research subject is Head Countryside, elite figure and resident of local countryside. While data in this research is collected by using 3 way of, namely: observation, documentation and interview.
The result of this research indicate that there is impact from the force marriage to life of family among others is not permanent marriage him, this matter is caused psychologically cause quarel, incompatibility (trauma), economically cause the lack of maintenance effect of unprepared in household.
