Kewarisan wanita dalam Al-Quran menurut pandangan Syi’ah Imamiyah

ABSTRACT

In ٠ islamic law of inheritance had been argumented by many people, this is due to |h٠ existence of Al-qur'an message about inheritance that is too global and simple the low of inheritance is family low, the importance of studying low of inheritance those case couse p٦٩ny people are interested in studying about inheritance they are included Syi’ah Imamiyah which many product of low, include low of inheritance is different from Indonesian low of inheritance which use many lows of sunni’s inheritance or KHTS.

in ٥is vesearch, Researcher will focus on many problems related to the inheritance of women in Al-qur'an according Syi’ah Imamiyah's view, such as thow is women's inheritance in Al-qur’an according to Syi’ah Imamiyah's view, and that factor's which influence the thought toword concept of women's inheritance in Al-qur'an.

this researcher is aimed at producing discussion about women's inheritance in Al- qur'an according to Syi’ah Imamiah’s view and explanation about factors which influence it's thought.
the approach used in the research is qualitative approach, mean while, the method in collecting data use literature method (analyzing document) is finding books velated to women's inheritance in Al-qur'an according to Syi’ah Imamiyah's view, then lecing an al i zed using content analyzes which is animed at concluding opinion of Syi’ah Imamiyah.

by using above method, it can be known that thinking building of Syi’ah Imamiyah abaout women's inheritance is very different from thinking building of sunni's and KHI'S. the difference give a same chance befveen men and women in it’s hijab- mahjub. it is proved wits the existence of tobaqoh concept.
