Abstract
ABSTRACT
In every aspects of human life it would always be encounter with communication phenomenon. Communication became integral part of human life. Without any communication, the world seems quiet and meaningless. Since communication is means of or the way of connecting human need or desire. Human is the creature that needs communication to bring into reality their needs. Concerning with this communication, this research would explore communication phenomenon that exists at the organization domain, that is, by looking at the influence of interpersonal communication to employee enthusiasm at University of Indonesian-Sudan Islamic. Of course, the excess of this research is to know the good and bad influence of leader communication to their employee working enthusiasm.
The main objective of this research is to know the influence of leader interpersonal communication to employee enthusiasm at UIIS, Malang. The method of gathering data used in this research is a questionnaire method as main method; and interview and observation as supporting method. The number of sample is 60 students and 20 items at every variable to te obtained for Leader Interpersonal Communication 16 valid items and 4 items that is considered fail then would be improved. For employee enthusiasm, it is obtained 15 valid items and the other 5 is failed that is improved latter. The both used moment product assessment. Whereas the used data analysis is Cronbach regression analysis.
From the data analysis, it is obtained the research result as follows: for the picture of Interpersonal Communication 15% have low level of interpersonal communication, 75% has modest level of interpersonal communication and 10% has high level of interpersonal communication. For interpersonal communication with formative aspect of 16,67% has low level, 68,33% has modest level and 6,66% has high level. For the interpersonal communication with aspect motivational of 1,66% has low level, 91,66% has modest level and 6,66% has high level. And for the interpersonal communication with environment aspect of 21,67% has low level, 61,66% has modest level and 16,66 have high level. Whereas for enthusiasm work it is obtained the picture of 63,33% at the low category, 18,33% for modest category and 18,33% for high category. The result test of correlation between leader interpersonal communication and employee enthusiasm has the significant relations that is showed the comparison between ؟count (0,819) > ruble (0.134). The result of F test shows that leader interpersonal communication and employee enthusiasm has a significant relation by comparison FCOunt(4.645) > Fubie(0,768).
