Abstract
ABSTRAK
Sampai hari ini manusia masih bergelut dengan permasalahan hidup yang semakin kompleks, semakin lama kebutuhan hidup semakin mendesak dan itu menuntut untuk dipenuhi salah satu cara yaitu dengan bekerja, belum lagi sulitnya lapangan pekerjaan, disisi lain juga ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia kerja itu sendiri. Yang jelas segala kebutuhan harus dipenuhi, baik kebutuhan fisik maupun psikis. Walaupun demikian betapapun banyak masalah yang menyangkut dengan dunia kerja, kalau kita memiliki motivasi yang tinggi maka segala permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan baik. Apalagi motivasi yang dimiliki karyawan tersebut telah tertanam sejak awal mereka memasuki dunia kerja, tentunya orang yang bekerja dengan motivasi tinggi adalah orang yang merasa senang dan mendapatkan kepuasan dalam pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan dibagian keuangan pemerintah kabupaten malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, adapun jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat korelasional, dengan sampel penelitian karyawan dibagian keuangan pemerintah kabupaten malang sebanyak 42 orang. Pengambilan sampel ini dengan total sampling, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket (Questionaire), untuk menguji kesahihan data memakai tekhnik product moment dari pearson dengan taraf signifikansi 1%. Untuk uji keandalan data menggunakan tekhnik formula alpha dari cronbach dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan product moment dengan bantuan komputer IBN/IN seri program statistik (SPS).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pertama, motivasi dari 42 orang karyawan, 9 karyawan atau 21,43% memiliki tingkat motivasi yang tinggi, 31 karyawan atau 73,81% memiliki tingkat motivasi sedang, sedangkan karyawan yang memiliki tingkat motivasi rendah sebanyak 2 orang atau 4,76%. Dengan demikian motivasi karyawan dibagian keuangan pemerintah kabupaten malang dalam katagori sedang. Kedua, kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat diketahui bahwa sebanyak 6 karyawan atau 14,29% memiliki tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, 32 atau sebesar 76,19% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang sedang,sedangkan sebanyak 4 orang karyawan atau 9,52% memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang rendah. Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara motivasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisa data diperoleh 0,870 dengan taraf signifikansi 1% sebesar 0,393 berarti semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan kerjanya.
ABSTRACT
At present, the human is still relying with any problems on their lives those are more and more complicates, so long as the needs for life was more being stressing and it seeks for being completed, one of the famous ways is by working, it has not difficulties looking for job field, in the other hand, also was more complexes the competition in the job field itself. An obviously, all of the needs had to be fullness, physics or psychics needs. Nevertheless, how many problems that relying with the job field, if we had the high motivation so all of those problems can be a well solved. How far, if those motivation was had by those officers have been growth since the first time they are join into the job world, of course the people who had worked by their height motivation are a person who felt an happy and get for satisfaction in his or her work. This research aimed to determine the correlation between the motivation and the satisfaction of work of officers at Finance layer of Malang Regency Government.
This research was using quantitative approach, there is a kind of it is a correlation research, by its sample in its position on Malang government by 42 persons. To collect this sample was being used total sampling, data had been collected ones by using questioner, to test the reliabilitv of data was being applied an product moment techniques from person by its significance level was 1%. To test the confidence of data by using formula alpha from cronbach techniques and the being analyzed by using product moment analysis with its computing by using Seri statistic program (SSP).
Based on the result of this research and discussion were get for conclusion like as following: the first, motivation between 42 of personal officers, involves 9 of them or about 21,43% have the high level of motivation, 31 of them or 73,81% &ave on the mid-level and 2 of them or about 4,76% had the low motivation. Thus, the motivation of officers in finance layers on regency government of Malang. Secondly, the satisfaction on working of officers could be determined from that about 6 of them or 14,29% had the high work satisfaction level, 32 or 76,19% had it’s mid-level and the resides of above all about 4 of personal officers or 9,52% with its low level. There is one significantly relationship between motivation and officer’s work satisfaction, this could be provided with the result of data analysis that is being convenienced by 0,870 with significance level of 1% by 0,393 it means that the high level of class work motivation will create the high class work satisfaction, too.
