Abstract
ABSTRAK
Mahasiswa merupakan individu yang memiliki karaktreristik berbeda dari lingkungan masyarakat sekitar lainnya. Karakteristik itu muncul karena mereka diakui sebagai manusia yang telah mampu berfikir secara dewasa dan dididik dalam suatu lembaga akademik yang mempersiapkan mereka untuk terjun ke masyarakat luas setelah lulus nantinya. Sebagai calon Sarjana muslim Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Malang telah mencanangkan mereka sebagai mahasiswa yang matang baik dalam segi keagamaan maupun keilmuaannya. Untuk itu sbagai mahasiswa dituntut harus memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi baik terhadap keagamaan maupun tugas-tugas perkuliahan mereka seperti aktif mengikuti perkuliahan, gemar membaca buku, dan selalu menjalankan perintah-perintah agama. Dalam memenuhi hal-hal tersebut diperlukan adanya motivasi yang tinggi baik terhadap kehidupan beragama maupun belajar mereka. Maka apakah ada perbedaan secara signifikan antara kesadaran beragama dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang hubungan kesadaran beragama terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Malang
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi di Sekolah Tinggi Agama lalam Negeri Malang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling dan sampel berjumlah 56 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kesadaran beragama, dan skala motivasi belajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan، teknik Chi Square. Hipotesis yang dikemukakan adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kesadaran beragama dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Malang.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima (x2 = 15.052 dan p = 0,005 ) yang berarti ada perbedaan secara signifikan antara kesadaran beragama dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa jurusan psikologi Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Malang.
ABSTRACT
The student is an individual who has different characteristic from other social environment around. The characteristic showed because they are admitted as human being who able to be thought of age and to be educated in a institutional academic with have to be prepared them to threw in around community after graduated as. The STAIN Malang has given a message to them as student who will be able to the religion aspect and sciences aspect as they should be a Moslem scholar because of that students are demanded to be high responsibility as well as to religion or their course assignment such as follow lectures are given the subject by lecturer, enjoying read the books and always taking orders from the God’s. So, that’s all need to highest motivation as well as in religious life’s or their study. Then what are differences between religious awareness and learning motivated?
The purpose of this study to find out the empires data about the relationship between religiously aware to study motivated students at psychology department of The State College of Islamic Studies.
This study is done at the students of psychology department in The State College of Islamic Studies. Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique and its number about 56 students take this sample. The collecting data are used religious awareness scale learning motivated. The result of the data analysis is found out by Chi Square technique. A describing hypothesis is significantly relation between religious awareness and learn motivated at the student of psychology department of The State College of Islamic Studies of Malang.
The result of this study showed that alternative hypothesis is accepted (X2 = 15.052 and p = 0,005) its means that significantly different is between religious awareness and leam motivated at the student of psychology department of The State College of Islamic Studies of Malang.
