Pengaruh dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap kedisiplinan santri di Madrasah Diniyah Ar Rahmat Purwosari Pasuruan

Kedisiplinan merupakan faktor penting yang dibutuhkan oleh siapa saja, terutama dalam lingkup pendidikan pesantren. Karena pada kenyataannya santri memiliki banyak tanggung jawab dan tuntutan terhadap peraturan. Faktor dukungan sosial teman sebaya di duga memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu menyatakan hal serupa bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan kedisiplinan.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat dukungan sosial, tingkat kedisiplinan, dan juga untuk membuktikan pengaruh antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap kedisiplinan santri Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rahmat Purwosari Pasuruan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 152, maka teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendapat Arikunto dimana apabila populasi lebih dari 100 maka boleh mengambil 25% dari jumlah populasi. Sehingga sampel yang diambil berjumlah 40. Dalam penelitian ini dukungan sosial akan menjadi variabel independent, dan kedisiplinan akan menjadi variabel dependent (terikat). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur dukungan sosial teman sebaya diadopsi dari Anis Nur Inayah, sedangkan instrumen untuk mengukur kedisiplinan diadopsi dari Muhammad Sirojjudin.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat dukungan sosial pada santri dengan kategori tingi sebanyak 2,87 % . sedangkan pada tingkat kedisiplinan santri dengan kategori tinggi sebesar 2,92%. Hasil Residual menunjukkan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,200 lebih besar dari 0,05 yang artinya data residual terdistribusi normal. Pada analisa regresi menunjukkan koefisien variabel dukungan sosial sebesar 0,228 yang menunjukkan 22,8% variabel dukungan sosial berpengaruh pada variabel kedisiplinan dan 88,2 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Nilai signifikasi variabel dukungan sosial teman sebaya sebesar 0,008 < 0,5 menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial teman sebaya memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rahmat Purwosari Pasuruan.

Discipline is an important factor that is needed by anyone, especially in the scope of Islamic boarding school education. Because in reality students have many responsibilities and demands on regulations. Peer social support factors are thought to have a role in increasing discipline. Previous studies stated the same thing that there is a significant influence between social support and discipline.
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of social support, the level of discipline, and also to prove the influence of peer social support on the discipline of students at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rahmat Purwosari Pasuruan.
This research uses a type of quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 152, so the sampling technique used Arikunto's opinion where if the population is more than 100 then it is permissible to take 25% of the total population. So that the number of samples taken is 40. In this study social support will be the independent variable, and discipline will be the dependent variable. The instrument used to measure peer social support was adopted from Anis Nur Inayah, while the instrument to measure discipline was adopted from Muhammad Sirojjudin.
The results of this study indicate the level of social support for students in the high category is 2.87%. while at the discipline level of students with a high category of 2.92%. The residual results show a significance value of 0.200 greater than 0.05, which means that the residual data is normally distributed. The regression analysis shows that the coefficient of the social support variable is 0.228 which shows 22.8% of the social support variable has an effect on the discipline variable and 88.2% is influenced by other factors. The significant value of the peer social support variable is 0.008 <0.5 indicating that peer social support has a significant effect on improving the discipline of students at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rahmat Purwosari Pasuruan.
