Abstract
INDONESIA:
Selama ini pendidikan agama islam di sekolah sering dianggap kurang berhasil dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku keberagamaan peserta didik serta membangun moral dan etika bangsa. Sedangkan pendidikan agama islam pada umumnya, kurang dapat teraplikasi dalam kehidupan keseharian dilingkungan sekolah, oleh karena itu salah satu cara yang digunakan dalam mewujudkan tujuan dari pendidikan agama islam yaitu dengan memahami dan mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pendidikan agama islam dilingkungan sekolah. Kepala madrasah sebagai pemimpin lembaga pendidikan dengan berbagai fungsi dan perannya, tentunya orang yang penting bertanggung jawab atas segala aktifitasnya serta maju atau mundur, baik atau jelek, kualitas atau tidaknya sebuah pendidikan yang dipimpinnya, maka penyusun tertarik meneliti tentang “Upaya Kepala Madrasah Dalam Menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Karakter Islam di MTsN Wonorejo Pasuruan”
Berpijak dari permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah (1) Apa bentuk nilai-nilai karakter Islam di MTsN Wonorejo Pasuruan. (2) Apa upaya kepala madrasah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter Islam di MTsN Wonorejo Pasuruan. (3) Apa strategi kepala madrasah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter Islam di MTsN Wonorejo Pasuruan.
Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penulis menggunakan interview, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknis analisis datanya peneliti menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif.
Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian adalah (1) Bentuk nilai-nilai karakter Islam yang ditanamkan di MTsN Wonorejo Pasuruan yaitu JTVDKAP (Jujur, Tanggung Jawab, Visioner, Disiplin, Kerjasama, Adil, dan Peduli). (2) Upaya kepala madrasah dalam menananamkan nilai-nilai karakter Islam di MTsN Wonorejo Pasuruan adalah Menciptakan iklim yang kondusif, memberikan dorongan kepada seluruh warga MTsN Wonorejo Pasuruan, serta melaksanakan model pembelajaran yang menarik. (3) Strategi kepala madrasah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter Islam di MTsN Wonorejo Pasuruan adalah (1) Strategi Keteladanan (2) Strategi Pembiasaan.
ENGLISH:
In now days, the reputed of islamic education at school is less success on the shape attitude and multiple diverse behavior of student also constructive of morality and ethics nation. Whereas in common, the islamic education is less to application in daily activity of school environment, therefore one of the ways that used on the bring to reality of islamic education purpose i.e comprehend and applicaton of islamic values on the school environment. The headmaster of islamic school as the institute leader with any fuction and his role, is also absolutely as the impotent person to responsible all about activity go forward or go back, bad or good, and the quality of education that his leader. Based on the situation the writter is interesting to research about “The Effort of Islamic School Headmaster in Implant of Islamic Character Values at State Islamic Lower Secondary School Wonorejo Pasuruan”.
Based on the problems, so, the purpose from discussion is (1) What is shape of islamic character values at State Islamic Lower Secondary School Wonorejo Pasuruan. (2) What is the effort of islamic school headmaster in implant of islamic character values at State Islamic Lower Secondary School Wonorejo Pasuruan. (3) What is strategy of islamic school headmaster in implant of islamic character values at State Islamic Lower Secondary School Wonorejo Pasuruan.
The approach of this research is qualitative research. The writter is using interview, observation, and documentation. While, analysis technic data is using qualitative discription.
Based on the result of research is showing that: (1) the shape of character islamic values that implant at State Islamic Lower Secondary School Wonorejo Pasuruan i.e JTVDKAP Jujur (honest), Tanggung Jawab (responsible), Visioner, Disiplin (discipline), Kerjasama (cooperation), Adil (fair), and Peduli (care). (2) the effort of islamic school headmaster in implant of islamic character values at State Islamic Lower Secondary School Wonorejo Pasuruan is created good climated, give the encouragement to all member of State Islamic Lower Secondary School Wonorejo Pasuruan, also doing intersting learning model. (3) The strategy of islamic school headmaster in implant of islamic character values at State Islamic Lower Secondary School Wonorejo Pasuruan is (1) lead strategy (2) habitually strategy.
