Abstract
INDONESIA:
Evaluasi adalah suatu tindakan atau suatu proses untuk menentukan nilai daripada sesuatu. Analisis adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukakn untuk meningkatkan mutu soal yang telah tertulis. Pembelajaran tematik adalah suatu pendekatan dalam pembelajaran yang secara sengaja mengaitkan beberapa aspek baik dalam intra mata pelajaran maupun antar pelajaran. Dengan dianalisisnya soal Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas soal yang diujikan kepada siswa kelas IV SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas telaah soal pilihan ganda dan uraian Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) secara kualitatif (2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan daya pengecoh soal pilihan ganda dan soal uraian Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) kelas IV SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang (3) untuk mengetahui validitas dan raliabilitas soal pilihan ganda dan soal uraian Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) kelas IV SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian campuran, yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara menelaah soal kepada ahli evaluasi, bahasa, dan materi dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program MicroCat ITEMAN untuk pilihan ganda dan manual untuk soal uraian.
Dari analisis soal Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) kelas IV SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang, menunjukkan bahwa dari penelaahan kualitas soal dari ahli evaluasi, bahasa, dan materi pada soal pilihan ganda mendapatkan prosentase 83,89% dan pada soal uraian 81,25%. Kualitas butir soal ini valid untuk digunakan. Untuk tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan daya pengecoh pada soal 1 pada pilihan ganda menunjukkan tingkat kesukaran mudah, daya pembeda soal tidak dipakai dan daya pengecoh baik, dan pada soal uraian singkat tingkat kesukaran mudah, daya pembeda soal diterima pada soal uraian jawaban tingkat kesukaran sedang, daya pembeda soal diterima. Soal 2 pada pilihan ganda menunjukkan tingkat kesukaran mudah, daya pembeda soal dipakai dan daya pengecoh baik, dan pada soal uraian singkat tingkat kesukaran sedang, daya pembeda soal diterima, pada soal uraian jawaban tingkat kesukaran mudah, daya pembeda soal diterima. Soal 3 pada pilihan ganda menunjukkan tingkat kesukaran mudah, daya pembeda diterima dan diperbaiki dan daya pengecoh baik, dan pada soal uraian singkat tingkat kesukaran mudah, daya pembeda soal diterima dan diperbaiki, pada soal uraian jawaban tingkat kesukaran mudah, daya pembeda soal diterima. Dari hasil kevalidan, menunjukkan bahwa soal Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) kelas IV SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukan Malang ini menunjukkan kevalidan, terbukti prosentase dari para ahli pada soal pilihan ganda menunjukkan 83,89% dan soal uraian menunjukkan 81,25%. Hal ini berarti bahwa soal tersebut baik dan dapat digunakan. Tingkat Reliabilitas soal Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) kelas IV SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang menunjukkan soal 1 pada pilihan ganda memiliki reliabilitas 0,564, soal uraian singkat sebesar 0,54 dan soal uraian jawaban sebesar 1,15. Soal 2 pada pilihan ganda memiliki raliabilitas sebesar 0,808, soal uraian singkat sebesar 0,73 dan soal uraian jawaban sebesar 0,31. Soal 3 pada pilihan ganda memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,808, soal uraian singkat sebesar 0,31, dan uraian jawaban sebesar 0,36.

Evaluation is an activity or a process for determining value of something. In another word, analysis is an activity which is carried out to improve the quality of questions that have been written. Thematic learning is a learning approach that is deliberately linking some aspects of both the intra-subject and between-subjects. Thus, the analysis of questions used in the Middle Exam (UTS) is expected to improve the quality of the questions that tested on the fourth grade students of SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang. The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the quality of multiple choice and description questions used in the Middle Exam (UTS) qualitatively (2) To determine the level of difficulty, distinguishing features, and humbug features of multiple choice and descriptions questions used in the Middle Exam (UTS ) of the fourth grade students SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang (3) to determine the validity and reliability of multiple choice and descriptions questions used in the Middle Exam (UTS) on the fourth grade students SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang. The research approach used in this study is a mix approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative approach. Qualitative approach examines how the questions, language, and content that is reviewed by the expert while the quantitative approach using ITEMAN MicroCAT program for multiple-choice questions and a manual program for the description.
The analysis about the Middle Semester Exam (UTS) on the fourth grade students of SDN Kebonsari Sukun Malang 2 shows that of the review of the quality of question, language, and material on the multiple choice questions in the percentage of 83.89% and 81.25% for description question. The quality of these items is valid to be used. For the level of difficulty, distinguishing features, and humbug feature in multiple choice question 1 shows that the level of difficulty is easy, there is no distinguishing features are used, and the humbug features are good. Meanwhile, at the short description question, the difficulty level use is easy, the distinguishing features about the answers received on the question difficulty level is medium, so the distinguishing feature is acceptable. Question 2 on the multiple choice shows that the level of difficulty is easy, the distinguishing features are used and the humbug features are good, while in the short description question, the level of difficulty is medium, the distinguishing features are received, the answers description question shows that the difficulty level is easy, the distinguishing features are acceptable. Question 3 on the multiple choice shows that the level of difficulty is easy, the distinguishing features are acceptable and repaired, and the humbug features are good, while the short description question difficulty level is easy, the distinguishing features are accepted and repaired, the answers description question, the difficulty level is easy, the distinguishing features are acceptable. The validity results indicating that the questions used in the Middle Semester Exam (UTS) on fourth grade students SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang shows the validity, it is proven by the experts that show the percentage on multiple choice questions showed 83.89% while the description question indicates 81.25% . This means that the questions are good and recommended to be used. The reliability rate of Middle Semester Exam (UTS) on the fourth grade students of SDN Kebonsari 2 Sukun Malang shows that the question 1 of multiple-choice has 0,564, then the brief description is 0.54 and the description about the answer is 1.15. Question 2 on the multiple choice has reability rate amounted to 0.808, and the brief description is 0.73 and the description about the answer is 0.31. Question 3 on the multiple choice has reliability rate amounted to 0.808, the brief description is 0.31, and a description of the answer is 0.36.
