Strategi meningkatkan peran komite untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan: Studi kasus di MTs Suryabuana Malang

ABSTRAK

Keterlibatan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan terwadahi dalam organisasi Komite Madrasah yang dibentuk oleh setiap satuan pendidikan. Organisasi ini bertujuan agar aspirasi dan prakarsa masyarakat tersalurkan, tanggung jawab, peran masyarakat dan suasana transparan, akuntabel dan demokratis dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan benar-benar terwujud. Agar tujuan tersebut tidak sekedar menjadi slogan belaka, maka diperlukan strategi agar peran yang dimiliki oleh Komite Madrasah bisa optimal dan dapat melahirkan kontribusi bagi pendidikan sehingga mutu pendidikan semakin meningkat.
Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka dapat dirumuskan suatu rumusan masalah, pertama, bagaimanaStrategi meningkatakan peran komite dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs Suryabuana Malanh. Kedua factor pendukung meningkatkan peran komite untuk meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan. Ketiga bagaimana hasil dari strategi meningkatkan peran komite untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan .
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Ada 3 tahapan metode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini dengan mencatat data dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, mengorganisasikan data, memilah-milahnya untuk menjawab rumusan masalah kemuadian mencari dan menemukan makna yang terkait dengan rumusan masalah.
Hasil penelitian, pertama,Strategi yang digunakan Ke dalam usaha meningkatkan peran Komite Madrasah agar lebih optimal adalah 1). Melakukan pemilihan ketua komite dengan musyawarah 2) membangun kepercayaan kepada stakeholders, 3) Menjalin kerjasama dengan steakholder, Kedua Faktor pendukung untuk meningkatkan peran komite yaitu 1) Kerja sama yang baik yang telah terbina antara unsur-unsur di dalam sekolah, 2) Dukungan Dari Masyarakat. Ketiga Hasil 1) Peningkatan dari segi sarana dan prasarana 2) Peningkatan dari segi prestasi sekolah
Dari hasil tersebut peneliti menyarankan agar strategi tersebut tetap dipertahankan dan lebih dikembangkan agar peran Komite Madrasah lebih optimal sehingga mutu pendidikan di MTs Suryabuana Malang meningkat.

ABSTRACT

Community involvement in education is embodied in the Madrasah Committee organization formed by each education unit. This organization aims to channel the aspirations and initiatives of the community, responsibilities, the role of the community and a transparent, accountable and democratic atmosphere in the implementation of education are truly realized. So that this goal is not just a slogan, a strategy is needed so that the role of the Madrasah Committee can be optimal and can make a contribution to education so that the quality of education is increasing.
Based on the description above, a formulation of the problem can be formulated, first, what is the strategy for increasing the role of the committee in improving the quality of education at MTs Suryabuana Malanh. The two supporting factors increase the role of the committee to improve the quality of education. Third, how is the result of the strategy to increase the role of the committee to improve the quality of education.
This research use desciptive qualitative approach. There are 3 stages of the method used by researchers, namely the observation method, interview method, and documentation method. Data analysis in this study was by recording data from interviews, observation and documentation, organizing the data, sorting it out to answer the problem formulation and then looking for and finding meaning related to the problem formulation.
The results of the research are, first, the strategy used in an effort to increase the role of the Madrasah Committee so that it is more optimal is 1). Conduct committee chair elections by deliberation 2) build trust in stakeholders, 3) Establish collaboration with stakeholders. The two supporting factors for increasing the role of the committee are 1) Good cooperation that has been fostered between elements within the school, 2) Support from the Community . The three results 1) Improvement in terms of facilities and infrastructure 2) Improvement in terms of school achievement
From these results the researcher suggests that this strategy be maintained and further developed so that the role of the Madrasah Committee is more optimal so that the quality of education at MTs Suryabuana Malang increases.

تتجسد مشاركة المجتمع في التعليم في تنظيم لجنة المدرسة التي شكلتها كل وحدة تعليمية. تهدف هذه المنظمة إلى توجيه تطلعات ومبادرات المجتمع ، ويتم تحقيق المسؤوليات ودور المجتمع وخلق جو شفاف وخاضع للمساءلة وديمقراطية في تنفيذ التعليم. حتى لا يكون هذا الهدف مجرد شعار ، هناك حاجة إلى استراتيجية حتى يكون دور لجنة المدرسة هو الأمثل ويمكن أن يساهم في التعليم بحيث تزداد جودة التعليم.

يستخدم هذا البحث المنهج النوعي الوصفي. هناك ثلاث مراحل للطريقة التي يستخدمها الباحثون وهي طريقة الملاحظة وطريقة المقابلة وطريقة التوثيق. تم تحليل البيانات في هذه الدراسة من خلال تسجيل البيانات من المقابلات والملاحظة والتوثيق وتنظيم البيانات وفرزها للإجابة على صياغة المشكلة ثم البحث عن وإيجاد المعنى المتعلق بصياغة المشكلة.
نتائج البحث هي ، أولاً ، الإستراتيجية المستخدمة في محاولة لزيادة دور لجنة المدرسة بحيث تكون أفضل هي ١) إجراء انتخابات رئاسة اللجنة عن طريق المداولات ٢) بناء الثقة في أصحاب المصلحة ، ٣) إقامة تعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة. العاملان الداعمان لزيادة دور اللجنة هما ١) التعاون الجيد الذي تم تعزيزه بين العناصر داخل المدرسة ، ٢) الدعم من المجتمع. النتائج الثلاث ١) تحسين من حيث المرافق والبنية التحتية ٢) تحسين من حيث التحصيل الدراسي
من هذه النتائج يقترح الباحث أن يتم الحفاظ على هذه الإستراتيجية وتطويرها بشكل أكبر بحيث يكون دور لجنة المدرسة هو الأمثل بحيث تكون جودة التعليم في المدارس الثانوية سوريا بوانا مالانج.
