Abstract
ABSTRAK
Sertifikasi pendidik dimaksudkan sebagai kontrol mutu hasil pendidikan, sehingga seseorang yang dinyatakan lulus dalam ujian sertifikasi pendidik diyakini mampu melaksanakan tugas mendidik, mengajar, melatih, membimbing, dan menilai hasil belajar peserta didik dan sangat berpengaruh dengan prestasi belajar siswa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)Seberapa Besar Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa, (2) Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Belum Bersertifikasi terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa, (3) Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi dan Belum Bersertifikasi Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dan ex post facto(kausal komperatif). Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel dan 2 kelompok yaitu variabel pertama kinerja guru dengan kelompok kinerja guru bersertifikasi dan kinerja guru belum bersertifikasi.Penelitian populasi dengan subjek penelitian yaitu Guru Bersertifikasi dan Belum Bersertifikasi di MIN Se-Kabupaten Sambas yang berjumlah 63 guru. Pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen dengan teknik analisis product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan koefisien alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan manova (menguji perbedaan mean). Sebelum analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis uji normalitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kinerja Guru pada Guru Bersertifikasi Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa di MIN Se-Kabupaten Sambas yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,393 atau 39,3%. Hasil Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi dinilai rendah yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel Prestasi Belajar Siswa di MIN Se-Kabupaten Sambas. (2)Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kinerja Guru Belum Bersertifikasi Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa di MIN Se-Kabupaten Sambas dengan nilai rendah yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,257 atau 25,7% dari variabel Prestasi Belajar Siswa. (3)terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kinerja Guru Pada Kelompok Guru Bersertifikasi dan Belum Bersertifikasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa di MIN Se-Kabupaten Sambas juga cukup tinggi yakni masing- masing 0,926 dan 0,166.
Implikasi penelitian hasil temuan penelitian ini diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru yang sudah bersertifikasi dan belum bersertifikasi di Kabupaten Sambas untuk meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan khususnya di Kabupaten Sambas.
ABSTRACT
The educator of certification meant as control quality of result of education, so that a which is expressed pass in test of certification educator believed can execute educative duty, teaching, train, guiding, and assessing result learn educative participant and very having an effect on with achievement learn student.
This research aim to know (1) how influence of teacher performance certification to achievement of student learning, (2) how influence of teacher performance uncertification, (3) influence of teacher performance certification and uncertification to achievement of student learning
This research is survey researching and ex post facto (comparation claus). This research consist of two variable and two group that is first variable of teacher performance certification with uncertification. Research of population with research subject that is teacher certification and uncertification to Achievement of Student Learning in State of Islamic Elementary Schools Sambas amounting have to 63 teacher. A data collecting in this research with kuesioner method. The validity of instrument test with technique analyze moment product, while test of reliability with coefficient of alpha. Technique analyze data use analysis of regretion simple and manova (testing difference of mean). Before do analyze of data beforehand performed a examination of conditions of analysis test normality.
Result of research indicate that: (1) there are positive influence and great performance of teacher certification to achievement of student learning in State of Islamic Elementary Schools Sambas posed at with value 0,393 or 39,3%. Result of performance teacher certification assessed to lower influenced by achievement variable of student learning in State of Islamic Elementary Schools Sambas. (2) there are positive influence and performance teacher uncertification to achievement of student learning in State of Islamic Elementary Schools Sambas with low value posed at with value 0,257 or 25,7% from variable achievement of student learning. (3) there are positive influence and teacher performance certification and uncertification together to achievement of student learning in State of Islamic Elementary Schools Sambas also high enough namely each 0,926 and 0,166.
Implication from result of research finding is needed by efforts to increase teacher performance certification and uncertification in sub-province of Sambas to increase the quality of education specially in sub-province of Sambas.
