Abstract
INDONESIA:
Keanekaragaman Zooplankton Di Perairan Pantai Lekok Kabupaten Pasuruan merupakan gambaran kelimpahan zooplankton yang hidup di perairan. Zooplankton merupakan jenis hewan yang menjadi konsumen primer. Kelimpahan zooplankton sangat di pengaruhi keberadaan fitoplankton sebagai cadangan makanan dan dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis zoplankton, kelimpahan dan keanekaragaman zooplankton di perairan Pantai Lekok Kabupaten Pasuruan serta mengetahui kualitas perairan dilihat dari faktor fisika dan kimia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juni 2013 di Perairan Pantai Lekok Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sampel diambil pada lima stasiun dengan tig kali ulangan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan Plankton Net. Sampel diidentifikasi di laboratorium Ekologi dan Optik Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
Hasil penelitian zooplankton di Perairan Pantai Lekok Kabupaten Pasuruan ditemukan 3 kelas yaitu Maxilopoda, Monogononta dan Crustaceae, yang terdiri dari 7 genus Cyclopoid, Senecella, Tropocylops, Nauplius, Tricocerca, Polyarthra, dan Undila.
Nilai kelimpahan zooplankton tertinggi genus Nauplius, Cyclopoid, dan Polyarthra yaitu 11 ind/l sedangkan nilai terendah pada genus Senencella dan Undila yaitu 8 ind/l. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman tertinggi terdapat pada kawasan daerah pesisir pantai yang terdapat aliran sungai Rejoso yang bermuara di laut yaitu 1,55 sedangkan nilai terendah pada kawasan tambak yaitu 0,82. Berdasarkan indeks keanekaragaman dan hasil uji kualitas air, Pantai Lekok Kabupaten Pasuruan sudah tercemar.

Zooplankton diversity in waterway lekok beach Pasuruan regency an overview of the abundance of zooplankton that live in the waters. Zooplankton is type animal that become the primary consumer. Abundance Zooplankton is very be affected presence fitoplankton as food reserves and is influenced by environmental conditions. The purpose of this research to determine the type of zooplankton, diversity and zooplankton abundance in waterway lekok beach Pasuruan regency and knowing the quality of the waters seen from the physical and chemical factor. This research use descriptive quantitative method, implemented in April to June 2013 in waterway Lekok beach Pasuruan Regency. Samples taken at five station with three replications. Samples were taken by using the plankton net. Samples identified in Ecology and Optics Laboratory Department of Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
The results zooplankton in waterway lekok beach Pasuruan regency found 3 class is Maxilopoda, Monogononta and Crustaceae consists of 7 genus Cyclopoid, Senecella, Tropocylops, Nauplius, Tricocerca, Polyarthra and Undila.
Abundance values zooplankton highest genus Nauplius, Cyclopoid, and Polyarthra namely 11 ind/l whereas the lowest value in the genus Senencella and Undila is 8 ind/l. Highest diversity index values contained in the area of beach areas streams Rejoso river which empties in the sea is 1,55 while the lowest value in the pond area is 0,82. Based on the diversity index and water quality test results, lekok beach Pasuruan regency is contaminated.
