Abstract
ABSTRAK
Lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah semestinya secara sinkron dan integrated dalam memberikan pengaruh-pengaruh pendidikan kepada anak. Kurang sinkron juga terjadi antara pendidikan di sekolah dengan keluarga. Di sekolah anak-anak diajari untuk beribadah; namun sesampainya di rumah, kerena kesibukan orangtuanya, anak tidak dapat memperoleh contoh atau teladan dari orangtua mereka, yang lebih parah adalah ketika anak sudah mulai tertarik untuk menerapkan ajaran agama; namun, orangtua tidak hanya menyambut kemajuan ini, tetapi malah mematahkanya dengan perilaku orangtua yang tidak taat beribadah. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini Pertama, untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bentuk kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dengan keluarga dalam pendidikan karakter siswa di SDIT Nurul Fikri Banjarmasin dan SDI As-salam Malang. Kedua, untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model pendidikan karakter siswa yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dengan keluarga di SDIT Nurul Fikri Banjarmasin dan SDI As-salam Malang. Ketiga, untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implikasi kerjasama antara sekolah dengan keluarga di SDIT Nurul Fikri Banjarmasin dan SDI As-Salam Malang.
Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus serta rancangan multisitus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, waka kesiswaan, waka humas, guru, siswa, dan orangtua di SDIT Nurul Fikri Banjarmasin dan SDI As-salam Malang. Setelah data diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis situs tunggal dan analisis data lintas situs. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi sumber dan metode.
Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan beberapa temuan bentuk kerjasama antara sekolah dengan keluarga dalam pendidikan karakter: (1) Adapun bentuk kerjasama yang dilakukan sekolah dan keluarga dalam pendidikan karakter melalui pertemuan awal ajaran baru, komite sekolah, Pertemuan orangtua murid dan guru (POMG), Paguyuban, home visit, via ponsel, konsultasi langsung, dwi bulanan dan buku penghubung. (2) Adapun model pendidikan karakter melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, nasehat, disiplin, perhatian, pengawasan, hadiah dan hukuman. (3) Implikasi dari kerjasama tersebut meliputi pertukaran informasi, keterbukaan, dan pengawasan.
ABSTRACT
Family and school environment should be synchronized and integrated to give effects to the child's education. Less sync also occurs between schooling and family. In the school, children are taught to worship; but when they got home, because of the busyness of their parents, the child unable to obtain the example of their parents, the worse thing is when the child is already interested in applying religious teachings; but, parents did not care with the progress, they break it with the behavior of parents who are not devout worship.
The Objective of this research are: first, to describe and analyze the forms of cooperation carried out by the school with the family in Nurul Fikri Elementary School Banjarmasin and As-salam Elementary School Malang. Second, to describe and analyze the character education model conducted by the school and family in Nurul Fikri Elementary School Banjarmasin and As-Salam Elementary School Malang. Third, to describe and analyze the implications of the cooperation between the school and the family in Nurul Fikri Elementary School Banjarmasin and As-Salam Elementary School Malang.
This research is using qualitative descriptive research method, with a case study and multi-site design. Data collection is done using deep-interview, participant observation, and documentation. Informants in this research were school principal, deputy chief of curriculum, deputy chief of students, deputy chief of public relation, teachers, students and parents of Nurul Fikri Elementary School and As-Salam Elementary School. After data is gathered, then it is analyzed with single situs analysis and analysis of site traffic data. Meanwhile, data validation is done by using source and method triangulasi.
In this research, researcher found several findings of the forms of cooperation between schools and families in character education: (1) The form of cooperation that do schools and families in character education through the initial meeting of the new school, school committees, parent-teacher meetings (POMG), Paguyuban, home visit, via phone, direct consultation, and liaison book. (2) As for character education model by example, habituation, advice, discipline, attention, supervision, reward and punishment. (3) The implications of this cooperation include the exchange of information, transparency, and supervision.
