Abstract
ABSTRAK
Konsep kurikulum berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan teori dan praktek pendidikan, juga bervariasi sesuai dengan aliran atau teori pendidikan yang dianutnya.Keberhasilan suatu lembaga pondok pesantren tergantung pada sebuah kurikulum itu sendiri. Karena kurikulum berperan sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Bila kurikulum tidak berkembang maka pondok pesantren juga tidak akan maju dalam proses belajar mengajar.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Iman dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Ponorogo yang mana kedua ini menerapkan kurikulum Gontor, kurikulum Depag dan kurikulum Salaf.Pengembangan kurikulum pondok pesantren perlu dilakukan secara terus menerus guna merespons dan mengantisipasi perkembangan dan tuntutan yang ada tanpa harus menunggu pergantian Menteri Pendidikan Nasional dan Menteri Agama. Apalagi saat ini masyarakat sudah memasuki era globalisasi baik di bidang ipteks maupun sosial, budaya dan etika. Hal ini akan berimplikasi pada banyaknya masalah pendidikan yang harus segera diatasi, tanpa harus menunggu keputusan dari atas.
Untuk itulah peneliti memberikan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana kualitas lulusan yang diharapkan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Iman dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Ponorogo,(2) Bagaimana implementasi kurikulum untuk memenuhi kualitas lulusan yang diharapkan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Iman dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Ponorogo, (3) Bagaimana Evaluasi kurikulum untuk mengetahui ketercapaian kualitas lulusan yang diharapkan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Iman dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Ponorogo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi dan perpanjangan masa penelitian.
Temuan penelitian yang diperoleh ialah berikut; Pertama,Kualitas Lulusan yang Diharapkan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Iman dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam.KeduaImplementasi Kurikulum Pondok Pesantren Al-Iman dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam dan KetigaEvaluasi Kurikulum Pondok Pesantren Al-Iman dan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islamdalam evaluasi ditemukan penggunaan evaluasi dengan pendekatan sumatif.
ABSTRACT
The concept of curriculum enlarges in line with the development of education theory and practice. It is also varied based on the educational approaches and theory they applied. The success of an organization depends on a boarding school curriculum itself. It plays important role to achieve the objectives teaching and learning process. Therefore, when the curriculum was not developed, the Islamic boarding school also will not increase in the teaching and learning processŲ²
This study was conducted at Al-Iman and Al-Islam Islamic Boarding school at Ponorogo. Both of them apply Gontor curriculum, Ministry of religious affair curriculum, and Salafiyah curriculum. The development of Islamic boarding school curriculum needs to be carried out continuously to respond and anticipate the existing demands without having to wait for the turn of the Minister of National Education and Religious Affairs. Especially when people have entered the era of globalization both in the field of science and technology as well as social, cultural and ethical. This will have implications on many educational issues that should be addressed immediately, without having to wait for a decision from the authority.
In this research, the researcher formulated three research problems, such as: 1) How does the expected quality of the graduate students of Al-Iman and Al-Islam Islamic Boarding School at Ponorogo, (2) How to implement the curriculum to meet the expected quality of the graduate students Al-Iman and Al-Islam Islamic Boarding School at Ponorogo, (3) How to Evaluate the curriculum to achieve the expected quality of graduate students of Al-Iman and Al-Islam Islamic Boarding School at Ponorogo.
This study used qualitative methods in the type of case study approach. The techniques used in data collection are interview techniques, observation, and documentation. After collected the data, the researcher performed data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. Then, to check the validity of the data, the researcher use triangulation and an extension of the study period.
The result of the research shows that: First, The quality of graduated student of Al-Iman and Al-Islam Islamic Booarding School. Second, in the implementation of Al-Iman and Al-Islam Islamic Booarding School curriculum, Third, in the evaluation, of Al-Iman and Al-Islam curriculum found the use of summative approach.
