Metode fuzzy topsis sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai berprestasi: Studi kasus pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Batu

Fuzzy TOPSIS sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan metode matematis dengan konsep alternatif terbaik yang terpilih bukan hanya mempunyai jarak terpendek terhadap solusi ideal positif, tetapi juga mempunyai jarak terpanjang terhadap solusi ideal negatif. Dengan digunakannya Fuzzy TOPSIS sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan dapat meminimalisir kelemahan yang ada pada metode TOPSIS. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan metode Fuzzy TOPSIS sebagai Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk menentukan pegawai berprestasi di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Batu. Devisi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memiliki tugas memvalidasi nilai dan mengolah nilai sasaran kerja pegawai dan kelakuan kerja menggunakan metode Fuzzy TOPSIS menjadi rekomendasi pegawai berprestasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara fuzzy, sedangkan perhitungan dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Output perhitungan ini berupa perangkingan nilai preferensi dan rekomendasi yang dapat dijangkau seluruh pegawai. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi yaitu oleh alternatif pertama dengan nilai 1. Alternatif tersebut menduduki posisi sebagai pegawai berprestasi di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Batu.

Fuzzy TOPSIS as a decision support system is a mathematical method with the best alternative concept chosen not only to have the shortest distance to the positive ideal solution, but also to have the longest distance to the negative ideal solution. The use of Fuzzy TOPSIS as a decision support system can minimize the weaknesses that exist in the TOPSIS method. The purpose of this study is to apply the Fuzzy TOPSIS method as a Decision Support System (SPK) to determine outstanding employees at the Batu City Population and Civil Registration Office. The Human Resources (HR) Division has the task of validating the value and processing the value of employee work goals and work behavior using the Fuzzy TOPSIS implementing into recommendations for outstanding employees. Data processing is carried out fuzzy, while calculations are carried out by the TOPSIS method. The output of this calculation is in the form of ranking the value of preferences and recommendations available for all employees. The calculation results obtained the highest preference value, namely by the first alternative with a value of 1. The alternative occupied a position as an outstanding employee at the Batu City Population and Civil Registration Office.

Fuzzy TOPSIS كنظام نظام جيد الذي يجصل عل اقصر مسا فة الي الحل المثا لى الايجابي للحصول على أقصر مسافة إلى الحل المثالي الإيجابي ، ولكن من ناحية سلبيته ا نه يحصل على ا طول المسا فة. يمكن أن يؤدي استخدام Fuzzy TOPSIS كنظام لدعم القرار إلى تقليل نقاط الضعف الموجودة في طريقة TOPSIS. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تطبيق طريقة Fuzzy TOPSIS كنظام دعم القرار (SPK) لتحديد الموظفين المتميزين في مكتب السكان والتسجيل المدني في مدينة باتو. يتولى قسم الموارد البشرية (HR) مهمة التحقق من قيمة ومعالجة قيمة أهداف عمل الموظف وسلوك العمل باستخدام طريقة Fuzzy TOPSIS في توصيات للموظفين المتميزين. تتم معالجة البيانات بشكل غامض ، بينما يتم إجراء الحسابات بواسطة طريقة TOPSIS. والتيجة من هذا الحساب هو في شكل ترتيب قيمة التفضيلات والتوصيات التي يمكن الوصول إليها من قبل جميع الموظفين. حصلت نتائج الحساب على أعلى قيمة تفضيل ، أي من خلال البديل الأول بقيمة 1. شغل البديل منصبا كموظف متميز في مكتب السكان والسجل المدني في مدينة باتو.
