Kontribusi secure attachment oleh pengasuh pada resiliensi santri ssrama Al Hunnain Darul Ulum

Santri yang berada di pondok pesantren memiliki kegiatan yang sangat padat dan harus mengikuti aturan pesantren. Santri di pondok pesantren dituntut untuk mandiri, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Dengan resiliensi mampu membuat individu berhasil beradaptasi dengan situasi yang kurang menyenangkan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi santri di pondok pesantren yaitu secure attachment. Secure attachment oleh pengasuh merupakan pola keterikatan yang dikembangkan dari interaksi antara anak dengan pengasuh di mana mereka memandang pengasuh sebagai sosok yang selalu bersedia membantu mereka dalam menghadapi keadaan dan situasi yang menakutkan., sensitif dan responsif, dan penuh cinta.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat secure attachment oleh pengasuh pada santri Asrama Al Hunnain Darul Ulum, mengetahui tingkat resiliensi pada santri Asrama Al Hunnain Darul Ulum, dan mengetahui kontribusi secure attachment oleh pengasuh pada resiliensi santri Asrama Al Hunnain Darul Ulum.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23.0. Variabel-variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel secure attachment dan variabel resiliensi. Subjek dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 77 subjek yang merupakan santri Asrama Al Hunnain Darul Ulum. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi secure attachment oleh pengasuh pada resiliensi santri Asrama Al Hunnain Darul Ulum dengan nilai constant sebesar 55,748 dan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Nilai constant positif menunjukkan bahwa secure attachment berkontribusi positif
terhadap resiliensi. Sedangkan, nilai R Square atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,160. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi variabel secure attachment terhadap variabel resiliensi yaitu sebesar 16,0%. Dengan demikian semakin tinggi secure attachment oleh pengasuh maka semakin tinggi resiliensi santri Asrama Al Hunnain Darul Ulum.

Santri (Islamic School Students) in Islamic boarding schools have very busy activities and must follow the rules of the Islamic boarding school. Students in Islamic boarding schools is required to be independent, disciplined, and responsible in living their lives. Resilience can make individuals successful in adapting to unpleasant situations. One of the factors that influence the resilience of students in Islamic boarding schools is secure attachment. Secure attachment by caregivers is a pattern of attachment developed from interactions between children and caregivers in which they view caregivers as someone always willing to help them in dealing with frightening situations and situations, sensitive and responsive, and full of love.
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of secure attachment by caregivers to the students of the Al Hunnain Darul Ulum Dormitory, to determine the level of resilience in the students of the Al Hunnain Darul Ulum Dormitory, and to determine the contribution of secure attachment by caregivers to the resilience of the students of the Al Hunnain Darul Ulum Dormitory.
This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 23.0 application. The variables of this study consist of secure attachment variables and resilience variables. The subjects in study were as many as 77 subjects who were students of the Al Hunnain Darul Ulum Dormitory.
The results of the analysis of the data obtained show that there is a contribution of secure attachment by caregivers to the resilience of students at the Al Hunnain Darul Ulum Dormitory with a constant value of 55.748 and a significance value of 0.005. A positive constant value indicates that secure attachment contributes positively to resilience. Meanwhile, the value of R Square or the coefficient of determination is 0.160. These results indicate that there is a contribution of the secure attachment variable to the resilience variable that is equal to 16.0%. Thus the higher the secure attachment by caregivers, the higher the resilience of the students of Al Hunnain Darul Ulum Dormitory.
