Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pembentukan nilai-nilai kesopanan atau nilai-nilai yang berkaitan dengan aspek spiritual akan lebih efektif jika seseorang berada dalam lingkungan yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai tersebut. Tugas kepala sekolah tersebut mencakup berbagai peran meliputi: educator, manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator dan motivator (EMASLIM).
Atas dasar itu, penelitian ini difokuskan pada Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah dalam Membudayakan Nilai-Nilai Religius Di SD Negeri 2 Sendangwungu– Banjarejo Blora. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai- nilai religius di SD Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora. (2) mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membudayakan nilai-nilai religius di SD Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis rancangan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dari teknik tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi (kesimpulan).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Implementasi budaya nilai-nilai religious di SD Negeri 2 Sendangwungu Banjarejo Blora sangat baik sekali walapun pada awalnya banyak kendala yang dihadapi. Implementasinya mencakup tridomain pendidikan yaitu kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Dan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk- bentuk kegiatan religious sebagai berikut: Shalat dhuha berjamaah, Senyum, salam, dan sapa (3S), Saling hormat dan toleran, Kontak amal pada hari Jum’at, Hafalan do’a sehari-hari dan surat-surat pendek serta, Slogan-slogan. (2) Peran kepemimpinan kepala SD Negeri 2 Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora selama ini peneliti amati, yang berkaitan dengan pembudayaan nilai-nilai religious di sekolah, membaik walaupun ada kendala dalam pelaksanaan dan pengamalan oleh warga sekolah. Sebagai pemimpin, kepala sekolah SD Negeri 2 Sendangwungu Banjarejo Blora tidak melaksanakan perannya secara penuh hanya dari segi innovator dan motivator yang dilaksanakan. Dan peran yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah SD Negeri 2 Sendangwungu Banjarejo Blora dalam membudayakan nilai-nilai religious adalah: situasi memberikan teladan yang baik (uswatun hasanah), teladan dengan situasi bertanya dan keteladanan melalui nasihat.
ABSTRACT
Formation of civility values or the values of associated with spiritual aspects would be more effective if someone is in an environment that upholds those values. The principal duties include a variety of roles including: educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator (EMASLIM).
On that basic, this research focused on the problems are (1) how are the implementation of religious values at the Elementary School 2 State at Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora, and (2) how are the principal role of leadership in the civilizing of religious values at the Elementary School 2 State at Sendang Wungu-Banjarejo Blora. This aims research to (1) describe the implementation of religious values at Elementary School 2 State at Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora. (2) describes the principles role of leadership in civilizing religious values at Elementary School 2 State at Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora.
This research uses a qualitative research approach and the type of this research is case study design. Data collection methods in this research was conducted using three methods using observation, interviews, and documentation. And the analyzed using the data reduction, data presentation, and verification (conclusion).
The results showed that (1) implementation of the religious values at Elementary School 2 State at Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora very well even though at first many of the obstacles encountered. Implementation of education which includes tridomain cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. And implemented in other forms of religious activity as follows: dhuha prayer in congregation, smile, greet, and greet, (3S), mutual respect and tolerance, contact the charity on Friday, memorizing the daily prayer and short letter and slogans. (2) the principals role of leadership of head of Elementary School 2 State at Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora observed during this research, which is related to the acculturation of religious values in schools, improved although there are obstacles in the implementation and practice of the citizens of the school. As leaders, principals Elementary School 2 State at Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora not fully exercise its role only in terms of the innovator and motivation implemented. And the role performed by the principal Elementary School 2 State at Sendangwungu-Banjarejo Blora in civilizing religious values are: situation provides a good example (uswatun hasanatun), a model and example to the situation by asking for advice.
