Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pendekatan perencanaan strategis dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan agama Islam merupakan suatu proses penyiapan serangkaian keputusan untuk tindakan-tindakan masa depan dalam meraih tujuan utama, karena didalamnya terdapat suatu permasalahan strategic. Maka Mutu pendidikan agama Islam yang seharusnya ditingkatkan melalui pendekatan perencanaan strategi, pada kenyataannya program yang dilaksanakan tanpa adanya acuan dasar dari perencanaan strategic yang terdokumentasi. Oleh karena itu terdapat kesenjangan (gaps), perbedaan (differences) serta (disfarities) antara kenyataaan dan harapan tentang peningkatan mutu pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Negeri
27 Jakarta.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi kasus (case study), yaitu penelitian yang difokuskan pada mutu Pendidikan Agama Islam dan tahapan perencanaan strategis di SMA Negeri 27 Jakarta. Adapun data diperoleh melalui pengamatan, dimana peneliti berfungsi sebagai instrument utama untuk melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan sumber data utama/primer dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Treats) yaitu untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan yang ada didalam lingkungan sekolah serta peluang dan ancaman yang datang dari luar lingkungan sekolah.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1. Mutu pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Negeri 27 Jakarta perlu ditingkatkan. 2. Menghasilkan sebuah konsep strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Negeri 27 Jakarta mengenai pengembangan standard isi Pendidikan Agama Islam, pemanfaatan multimedia, penggunaan metode pembelajaran, Implementasi pelaksanaan evaluasi, pengadaan fasilitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik, pengadaan anggaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan pengaturan tambahan waktu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.
ABSTRACT
Approach to strategic planning in the Islamic religious education quality improvement is a process and the preparation of a series of decisions to future actions in the main goal achieved, because in it there is a strategic issue. Then the quality of Islamic education should be enhanced through a strategy planning approach, in fact the program was carried out in the absence of a reference base of strategic planning are well documented. Therefore there are gaps, the differences and (disfarities) between the fact and expectations about improvements in the quality of education of Islam in SMA Negeri Jakarta 27.
The research is the research field with the qualitative approach with case study research (case study), the research is focused on the quality of education the Islamic religion and stages of strategic planning at SMA Negeri Jakarta 27. As for the data obtained through observation, which serves as the main instrument of the researchers to conduct in-depth interviews with observation, the data source/primary and the study documentation. The Data were analyzed with the SWOT analysis (Strength, Industry, Opportunities, Treats), namely to know the strengths and weaknesses that exist within the school environment as well as the opportunities and threats that come from outside of the school environment.
The research results showed that: 1. the quality of Islamic study in SMA Negeri Jakarta 27 needs to be improved. 2. generate a concept of quality improvement strategies for Islamic study in SMA Negeri 27 Jakarta regarding the development of standard contents of Islamic education, use of multimedia, use of learning methods, implementation evaluation implementation, procurement facilities learning Islamic education, improvement of the quality of educators, the procurement budget of Islamic education, extra learning time arrangements and Islamic education.
