Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah yang mampu memperhatikan situasional bawahan/ guru yang dipimpin dengan membangun budaya organisasi suportif dalam mengefektifkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja guru di MAN kabupaten Mojokerto, (2) Menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi suportif terhadap kinerja guru di MAN kabupaten Mojokerto., (3) Menganalisis Pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi suportif terhadap Kinerja Guru di MAN kabupaten Mojokerto.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian ex post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, Teknik wawancara, teknik angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis Data meliputi Uji validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis statistik inferensial, Analisis Uji hipotesis, Uji Normalitas, dan Uji Linieritas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan situasional di MAN kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil analisis uji beda menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional di MAN Sooko lebih berpengaruh daripada MAN Mojosari. (2) Budaya organisasi suportif di MAN kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil analisis uji beda menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi suportif di MAN Mojosari lebih berpengaruh daripada MAN Sooko. (3) Kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi suportif di MAN kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional lebih berpengaruh daripada budaya organisasi suportif.
ABSTRACT
Leadership that is able to pay attention to situational Madrasah subordinate/ teacher led to building a supportive organizational culture in effecting the performance of teachers. This study aims to: (1) analyze the influence of situational leadership on the performance of teachers in the district MAN Mojokerto, (2) analyze the influence of organizational culture supportive of the performance of teachers in the district MAN Mojokerto., (3) analyze the effect of situational leadership and organizational culture supportive of Performance Teachers in the district MAN Mojokerto.
This study uses a quantitative approach to ex post facto research design. Data collection techniques with the techniques of observation, interviewing techniques, questionnaire techniques, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include test validity, reliability testing, inferential statistical analysis, hypothesis testing analysis, testing normality, and linearity test.
The results showed that: (1) Situational leadership MAN Mojokerto district has a significant effect. The results of the different test analysis showed that situational leadership MAN Sooko more influential than MAN Mojosari. (2) Supportive organizational culture MAN Mojokerto district has a significant effect. The results of the different test analysis showed that organizational culture supportive MAN Mojosari more influential than MAN Sooko. (3) Situational leadership and organizational culture supportive MAN Mojokerto district has a significant effect. The analysis showed that situational leadership is more influential than supportive organizational culture.
