Abstract
ABSTRAK
Kepemimpinan Transformasional mampu memberikan motivasi kepada bawahan/ pegawai dalam meningkatkan efektifitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah dan Motivasi pegawai terhadap efektivitas organisasi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Mojokerto, dengan rumusan masalah: (1) Adakah hubungan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan efektivitas organisasi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Mojokerto? (2) Adakah hubungan Motivasi pegawai dengan efektivitas organisasi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Mojokerto? (3) Adakah hubungan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan Motivasi pegawai dengan efektivitas organisasi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Mojokerto?
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis Data meliputi Uji validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji korelasi, Analisis Uji hipotesis, dan Uji Normalitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional dengan Motivasi Pegawai. Hal ini tersebut terlihat pada: r = 0,756 dan probabilitas (0,000 < 0,05). H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (2) Kepemimpinan transformasional dengan efektivitas organisasi, mempunyai hubungan yang positif signifikan. Hal tersebut terlihat pada: r = 0,581 dan probabalitas (0,000 < 0,05). H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3) Motivasi Pegawai dengan efektifitas organisasi, mempunyai hubungan yang positif signifikan. Hal tersebut terlihat pada: r = 0,617 dan probabilitas (0,000 < 0,05). H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.
ABSTRACT
Transformational leadership was able to motivate subordinates / employees in improving organizational effectiveness. This study aims to reveal the relationship Madrasah principal's leadership and employee motivation towards organizational effectiveness at Madrasah Aliyah in Mojokerto, with the formulation of the problem: (1) Is there a connection with the effectiveness of the leadership of Islamic organizations in the Madrasah Aliyah in Mojokerto? (2) Is there a connection with the effectiveness of the organization's employee motivation at Madrasah Aliyah in Mojokerto? (3) Is there a connection madrasa leadership and employee motivation with organizational effectiveness at Madrasah Aliyah in Mojokerto?
This study used quantitative approach to the type of survey research. Techniques of data collection techniques with questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include test validity, reliability test, correlation test, Analysis Hypothesis testing and Normality Test.
The results showed that: (1) Transformational leadership with employee motivation. It looks at: r = 0,756 and probability = (0,000 < 0,05). H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. (2) the effectiveness of transformational leadership in organizations, has a significant positive relationship. It looks at: r = 0.581 and probability (0.000 < 0.05). H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. (3) The employee Motivation with organizational effectiveness, has a significant positive relationship. It looks at: r = 0.617 and probability ( 0.000 < 0.05). H0 is rejected and H1 accepted.
