Abstract
INDONESIA:
Salah satu tanaman yang dapat dijadikan makanan yang baik dan kehalalannya dijamin adalah brokoli. Brokoli (Brassica oleraceae L) merupakan salah satu sayuran dataran tinggi yang memiliki cita rasa yang khas dan mengandung zat gizi penting bagi tubuh manusia. Bagian yang dikonsumsi pada sayuran ini adalah massa bunganya atau disebut churd Brokoli merupakan salah satu jenis sayur yang sangat berguna bagi tubuh. Zat vitamin dan mineral yang dikandung dapat mencegah penyakit kanker, memperkuat saraf janin meredakan stress atau depresi, dan baik untuk meremajakan kulit (Rukmana, 1994).
Penelitian ini dilaksanan di Laboratorium Fisiologi Tumbuhan Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang pada bulan November-Desember 2015. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi Gibberelin (GA3) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf yaitu 0ppm; 25ppm; 50ppm; 75ppm dan 100ppm Sedangkan faktor yang kedua adalah lama perendaman yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 1 , 3 dan 6 jam. Data yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik Analisis Variansi (ANAVA) Dua Jalur. Jika ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari perlakuan, analisis dilanjutkan dengan uji beda berupa Duncan Muitple Range Test (DMRT) atau UJD pada taraf signikansi 5%.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh interaksi konsentrasi dan lama perendaman Gibberelin (GA3) terhadap beberapa variabel viabilitas benih brokoli (Brassica oleraceae), Interaksi konsentrasi dan lama perendaman yang terbaik terdapat pengaruh terdapat pada interaksi konsentrasi 25ppm dengan lama perendaman 1 jam (K1L1)
ENGLISH:
One of the plants that can be used as food and halal guaranteed is broccoli. Broccoli (Brassica oleracea L) is one vegetable plateau which has a distinctive taste and contain important nutrients for the human body. The portions were consumed in these vegetables is a mass of flowers or called churd Broccoli is one type of vegetable is very useful for the body. Vitamins and mineral substances they contain can prevent cancer, strengthen the fetal nervous relieve stress or depression, and good for rejuvenating the skin (Rukmana, 1994).
Brassica genus includes a group of orthodox seeds are seeds that require low water content so that the viability of the seeds can be maintained for at storage. The resignation of seed viability is a process that runs storey and the cumulative result of the change given to the seed (Widodo, 1991). Setbacks seed physiological quality is a process that causes the withdrawal of an overall change in the seed physical, physiological and biochemical decrease of seed viability (Rusmin, 2007). One is the degradation of GA3 in the seed. In the dry seeds, there GA in the form of bound and inactive. As a result of prolonged seed storage, endogenous GA3 can be degraded.
This research in the Laboratory of Plant Physiology dilaksanan State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in November-December 2015. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor is the concentration Gibberelin (GA3), which consists of 5 levels ie 0ppm; 25ppm; 50ppm; 75ppm and 100ppm The second factor is the prolonged submersion which consists of three levels ie 1, 3 and 6 hours. The data obtained in this study were analyzed by using analysis of variance (ANOVA) Two Paths. If there is a significant effect of the treatment, continued with the analysis of different test form Muitple Duncan Range Test (DMRT) or signikansi UJD at the level of 5%.
The results showed that there is an interaction effect of concentration and soaking time Gibberelin (GA3) on several variables seed viability of broccoli (Brassica oleracea), Interaction concentration and soaking time is best found in the interaction of the concentration of 25ppm with a soaking time of 1 hour (K1L1).
