Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kedisiplinan siswa sangatlah berhubungan dengan prestasi belajar terutama kedisiplinan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka yang telah diajarkan kepada siswa yang mempunyai hubungan dalam prestasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS. Tujuan peneliti ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui sejauh mana kedisiplinan siswa kelas V di MadrasahIbtidaiyah Negeri Medali Mojokerto, (2) Mediskripsikan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas V diMadrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Medali Mojokerto, (3) Mengetahui hubungan antara kedisiplinan dalam kegiatan ekstrakulikulerpramuka dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas VMadrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Medali Mojokerto.
Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas, digunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan korelasi. Adapum variabel dalam penelitian ini mengkaji dua variabel yaitu kedisiplinan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka (X) variabel bebas, dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS (Y) variabel terikat. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket, dokumentasi. Begitu juga dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data di olah dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis pendahuluan, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi dan untuk mengukur prestasi belajar siswadengan menentukan luas interval masing-masing nilai siswa.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) tingkat kedisiplinan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka pada siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Medali Mojokerto memenuhi indikator tentang kedisiplinan dan termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan prosentase 40%, (2) berdasarkan hasil prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Medali Mojokerto, prestasi belajar dalam kategori baik dengan hasil rata-rata siswa kelas V 84,05, yang berarti masuk dalam kategori baik sesuai dengan hasil interval 84 berada pada lebih dari 80, (3) terdapat hubungan kedisiplinan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran IPS di MadrasahIbtidaiyah Negeri Medali Mojokerto. Dengan hasil thitung sebesar 1,921. Sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,672maka thitung> ttabel sehingga dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara kedisiplinan dalamkegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaranIPS siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Medali Mojokerto.
ENGLISH:
Student discipline is related to the learning achievement, especially discipline in scout extracurricular activities which has been taught to students who are related to student achievement in social studies. The researcher’s goal are: (1) to know the extent of student discipline from the fifth grade students of The Islamic state elementary School Medali Mojokerto (2) to describe the learning achievement of social studies from the fifth grade students of The Islamic state elementary School Medali Mojokerto (3) to know the relation between discipline in scout extracurricular activities and learning achievement in social studies from the fifth grade students of The Islamic state elementary School Medali Mojokerto.
Researcher used quantitative research approach with correlation approach type. The variables in this study examines two variables: the discipline in scouts extracurricular activities (X) independent variables, and learning achievement of social studies (Y) dependent variable.. The research instrument used are form of a questionnaire and documentation. Data collection also using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data processed by using validity and reliability. The data was analyzed using preliminary analysis, the classical assumption test, regression test and to measure student achievement by determine the extent of each interval student scores.
The results showed that, (1) the discipline Level in scout extracurricular activities from fifth grade students of The Islamic state elementary School Medali Mojokerto comply the indicators about discipline and included in good category with the percentage amount is 40%, (2) based on the results of the learning achievements of social studies in The Islamic state elementary School Medali Mojokerto, The learning achievement in a good category with the average score of fifth grade student 84.06, which means include to a good category accordance with the interval result is 84 that higher than 80. (3) there is a relation of discipline in scout extracurriculat activities with the learning achievements of social studies in The Islamic state elementary School Medali Mojokerto. With the result tcount equal to 1.921. while ttable equal to 1.675 then the tcount > ttable, therefore it can be conclude that H0 refused and H1 accepted which means there is a relation between discipline in scout extracurricular activities and learning achievement of social studies from fifth grade students in The Islamic state elementary School Medali Mojokerto.
