Abstract
INDONESIA:
Fokus kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah adalah interaksi pendidik dan peserta didik dalam mempelajari suatu materi pelajaran yang tersusun dalam suatu kurikulum. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran para pendidik disamping menguasai bahan atau materi ajar, harus pula melakukan tahap-tahap dalam pembelajaran yaitu tahap perencanaan pembelajaran, tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan tahap evaluasi pembelajaran tentu perlu pula mengetahui bagaimana cara materi ajar itu disampaikan dan bagaimana pula karakteristik peserta didik yang menerima materi pelajaran tersebut.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsN Malang III, dengan objek penelitian guru IPS di MTsN Malang III. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kualitas guru IPS dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di MTsN Malang III, 2) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kualitas guru IPS dalam Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran di MTsN Malang III, 3) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kualitas guru IPS dalam evaluasi pembelajaran di MTsN Malang III.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sedangkan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas guru IPS di MTsN Malang III (1) Perencanaan berada pada taraf yang baik, dalam persiapan guru telah mempersiapkan perngakat pembelajaran seperti silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan pedoman permendikbud (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berada pada taraf yang cukup, dalam pelaksanakan guru telah melakukan tiga tahap pembelajaran secara baik yaitu pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan penutup, tetapi dalam proses pembelajaran ada kegiatan-kegiatan yang kadang tidak dilakukan dari setiap tahapnya, hal ini disebabkan alokasi waktu pelajaran yang tidak cukup. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran berada pada taraf yang baik, guru tidak hanya menilai dari hasil akhir juga tetapi juga dalam proses itu sendiri. Evaluasi dilakukan bersumber pada hasil ulangan harian, tengah semester, semester, hasil tugas, hasil diskusi, dan dari perilaku siswa itu sendiri selama pembelajaran. Bentuk evaluasinya berupa tes tulis, dan lisan.

The focus of the learning activities in the school is the interaction of teachers and students in learning a subject matter that is arranged in a curriculum. In implementing the learning activities, beside the educators have to mastering the material or teaching material, they should also do the stages of kearning, namely the planning stages of learning, the implementation phase of learning and evaluation phase of learning certainly have to know how the teaching material was presented and how the characteristics of learners receive the course materials.
This research was conducted in Malang MTsN III, with the object of research in the social studies teacher MTsN Malang III. The purpose to be achieved in this research are: 1) to determine how much the quality of social studies teachers in lesson planning in MTsN Malang III, 2) to determine how much the quality of social studies teachers in lesson in MTsN Malang III, 3) to determine how much social studies teacher teacher quality in the evaluation of learning in Malang MTsN III.
The approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive approach. While collecting data using questionnaires, interview and documentation.
Based on the research that has been done can be concluded that the quality of social studies teachers in Malang MTsN III 1) Planning of learning are at a good level, in the preparation of teachers have been preparing for learning devices such as syllabus and learning implementation plan in accordance with the guidelines permendikbud. 2) Implementation of the learning is at the level that is sufficient, in implementing the teacher has carried out three phases of learning is good, namely the introduction, the main activities and cover, but in the learning process there are activities that are sometimes not performed on every stage, this is due to the allocation of lesson time that is not enough. 3) Evaluation of learning is at a good level, teachers are not only judging from the final results as well, but also in the process itself. The evaluation was done sourced on the results of daily tests, midterm, semester, the results of the task, the results of the discussion, and from the behavior of the students themselves during learning. Form of evaluation in the form of a written test, and oral.
