Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pandangan progresif pembangunan bangsa Indonesia di era-globalisasi diarahkan pada perwujudan manusia yang berkualitas, dan itu menjadi salah satu tanggung jawab pendidikan terutama dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik menjadi subyek yang makin berperan menampilkan keunggulan dirinya yang tangguh, kreatif, mandiri dan profesional pada bidangnya masing-masing
Idealnya orang yang mengenyam pendidikan baik sekolah formal maupun non formal setidaknya mempunyai keterampilan tentang kehidupan yang dihadapinya terutama dalam dunia kerja. Nyatanya masih banyak pengangguran dikalangan terdidik baik yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga pendidikan formal maupun non formal yang masih belum terpakai, serta masih adanya keraguan di dunia kerja tentang output yang dikeluarkan pesantren. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan penelitian tentang “sistem pendidikan pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan life skills santri (studi kasus pondok pesantren anwarul huda karang besuki malang)”
Yang menjadi fokus penelitan ini adalah : (1) Bagaimana sistem pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Huda dalam meningkatkan life skills santri; dan (2) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat Sistem Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Huda dalam meningkatkan life skills santri
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Huda Malang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: (1) Observasi; (2) Interview /Wawancara; dan (3) Studi Dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Pondok Pesantren Anwarul mengelola pendidikannya dengan cara menciptakan model pendidikan modern yang terintegrasi pada sistem pengajaran klasik dan materi kitab-kitab kuning. Tetapi semua sistem pendidikan mulai dari teknik pengajaran, materi pelajaran, sarana dan prasarananya didesain berdasarkan sistem pendidikan modern. Ada beberapa bidang pengelolaan pondok pesantren yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan life skills santri yakni melalui Madrasah Diniyah, Pengajian rutin, organisasi, kurikulum, sarana prasarana dan pembinaan life skills. (2) Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Huda memiliki beberapa faktor pendukung sistem pendidikannya diantaranya yakni : Kemampuan Pengasuh, Pemimpin yang kuat dan bervisi serta Lingkungan dan Masyarakat; adapun faktor kendala dalam pengelolaan sistem pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Huda diantaranya yakni : faktor tenaga pengajar, faktor santri, dan faktor walisantri.

View of the progressive development of Indonesia in the era of globalization directed towards the embodiment of human quality, and it became one of the responsibilities of education, especially in preparing students to be the subject was able to show his superiority that is strong, creative, independent and professional in their respective fields.
Ideally the person who was educated both formal and non-formal schools at least have the life skills that it faces, especially in the world of work. In fact there are a lot of unemployment among both educated issued by institutions of formal and non-formal education which is still unused, and there are still doubts in the world of work on student outcomes boarding school education.Therefore, there should be research on the “Education System of Boarding School in Improving the Life Skills of Students (Case Study in Islamic Boarding School Anwarul Huda Karang besuki Malang).
The focus of this research are: (1) How is the education system in Islamic Boarding School Anwarul Huda in improving the life skills of students, and (2) What are the factors supporting and inhibiting the Education System of Islamic boarding school Anwarul Huda in improving the life skills of students.
This research was conducted in Islamic Boarding School Anwarul Huda Malang by using a qualitative approach, with case study design. Techniques of data collection conducted through: (1) Observation; (2) Interview, and (3) Documentation Studies.
The results of this study indicate that, (1) Islamic Boarding School manage education by creating an integrated model of modern education in the classical teaching system and materials from yellow books. But all the education system began from teaching techniques, lesson materials, facilities and infrastructure designed based on modern educational system. There are several areas of management of the boarding school used to improve the life skills of students through Madrasah Diniyah, recitation routine, organization, curriculum, facilities infrastructure and coaching life skills. (2) Islamic Boarding School Anwarul Huda has several contributing factors include the educational system: Ability of the Caregivers, leader that strongly and visionary as well as the Environment and Society, while the limiting factor in the management of the education system of Islamic Boarding School Anwarul Huda including are stated as follows: factor of teachers, factor of students, and the factor of the students‟ parents.
