Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berangkat dari sebuah keprihatinan dan sekaligus harapan, mengapa keberhasilan Pendidikan Agama Islam yang mengajarkan dogma - dogma ketuhanan dan menjunjung tinggi nilai- nilai moral masih jauh dari harapan dan tujuan pendidikan itu sendiri, yaitu dengan masih munculnya dekadensi moral dan perilaku asusila dikalangan pelajar. Hanya sebagian kecil sekolah yang mampu menyadari dan mengantisipasi itu semua, yaitu dengan melakukan inovasi pendidikan dalam bentuk pengembangan budaya agama. Perwujudan budaya agama harus representatif terhadap kebutuhan dan eksistensi peserta didik usia menengah atas, guna menggali dan mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Strategi dalam mewujudkan itu semua adalah melalui pemberdayaan minat baca buku Islami bagi peserta didik dan keberadaan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya mengembangankan budaya agama di sekolah guna mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan; 1) Fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, 2) Minat baca buku Islami, 3) Budaya agama, 3) Pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap pengembangan budaya agama, 5) Pengaruh minat baca buku Isalmi terhadap pengembangan budaya agama, 6) Pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan minat baca buku Islami secara bersamaan terhadap pengembangan budaya agama di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Bandung.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah pende katan kuantitatif korelasional. Untuk
memperoleh data digunakan teknik angket, sedangkan langkah- langkah untuk analisa data melalui Regresi dan Path Analysis.
Dari hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa : 1) Fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah selama menjalankan tugas-tugasnya masuk dalam katagori baik, 2) Minat baca buku Islami di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Bandung masuk dalam katagori cukup, artinya belum maksimal memiliki keinginan sampai pada upaya membiasakan diri dalam membaca, 3) Budaya agama yang dilakukan siswa di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Bandung belum maksimal hanya sebatas cukup, 4) Pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap pengembangan budaya agama bersifat positif dan menunjukkan tingkat signifikan yang kuat, 5) Pengaruh minat baca buku Islami terhadap pengembangan budaya agama sangat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, 6) Pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan minat baca buku Islami terhadap pengembangan budaya agama harus berjalan bersamaan dalam pelaksanaannya karena keduanya menunjukkan pe ngaruh yang positif dan signifikan.
Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh fungsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan minat baca buku Islami sangat positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan budaya agama di sekolah.
ABSTRACT
The research is starting from some wonders and hopes that why succeed of Islamic education that teach the dogma of lordliness and high respect of norms values has still far from the hope and the purpose of education itself, that there was an existe nce of moral decadency and immoral behavior in students. Just some schools those are able to be aware and anticipate them, that by making the innovation in the form of developing of religious culture. The realization of religion culture has to be represent ative to the needs and the existence of the educated participant for the upper -middle age, in order to explore and develop their own potency. The first strategic step in realize all of them is effectiveness of reading interest of Islamic book for the educated participants and the existence of headmaster leadership in developing the religion culture in school for realization of education successful.
The purpose of research is to obtain the description of factors that influence the developing of religion culture in SMA N 6 Bandung. The first research is starting form an opinion that effectiveness of reading interest of Islamic book and the existence of main duties and function of headmaster who has crucial meaning for developing of students intellectual, then the succeeded of research is directed for; 1) the function of headmaster leadership, 2) the description of religion culture in SMAN 6 Bandung, 3) the influence of headmaster leadership function to the reading interest of Islamic book, 4) the influence of headmaster leadership function in developing of religion culture, 5) the influence of reading interest of Islamic book in developing the religion culture, 6) the influence of headmaster leadership function and the reading interest of Islamic book for developing of religion culture in school.
The kind of research is using the quantitative coralational. For obtaining of data is using the technique of questionnaire, whereas some steps of data by means of Regretions and Path Analysis.
Based on the processing of data has known that: 1) the function of headmaster leadership during the implementing of duties is involved of good category, 2) the reading interest of Islamic book in SMAN 6 Bandung is an enough categorized, it mean that has not maximum desire yet to the effort of self- habitual in reading, 3) the religion culture that implemented in SMAN 6 Bandung has not maximum yet and just an enough one, 4) the influence of headmaster leadership function in developing of religion culture is positive one and showed the powerful significant level, 5) the influence of reading interest of Islamic book in developing the religion culture has very influence positively and significantly, 6) the influence of headmaster leadership function and the reading interest of Islamic book in developing has to be run together in the implementation because both of them has shown the positive and significant influence.
So that, it can be conclude that the influence of headmaster leadership function and the reading interest of Islamic book is strongly significant in developing of religion culture
