Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penanaman nilai kesadaran terhadap ajaran agama bagi setiap manusia sangat penting untuk diwujudkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal itu dilakukan karena membangun suatu bangsa akan menuai keberhasilan jika para insannya memiliki kualitas Iman, Taqwa dan Ilmu yang baik. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan di lembaganya mempunyai peranan sentral dalam membawa keberhasilan pendidikan. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin berperan memandu, menuntun, membimbing, membangun, memberi, dan memotivasi kerja, mengemudikan organisasi, menjalin jaringan komunikasi yang baik dengan komunitas sekolah, lingkungan sekitar dan yang lainnya . kepala sekolah, guru, sfat tata usaha, dan siswa. harus bisa bekerjasama dalam kegiatan shalat dzuhur berjamaah, dalam menanamkan nilai- nilai agama, praktek keagamaan dan pembiasaan terhadap nilai- nilai keislaman, sehingga menjadi budaya yang terkultur dengan sendirinya tanpa adanya unsur paksaan. Artinya semua warga sekolah memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi dalam mengamalkan ajaran agama dan berusaha untuk mengembangkan budaya agama melalui kegiatan shalat dzuhur berjemaah di sekolah.
Dengan dasar itu, penelitian ini difokuskan pada peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membudayakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah (Studi kasus di SMA Negeri 1 Cerme). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Memahami budaya shalat dzuhur berjamaah di SMAN 1 Cerme , (2) Memahami peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membudayakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah di SMA Negeri 1 Cerme Gresik (3) dan memahami dukungan warga sekolah dalam membudayakan shalat dzuhur berjamah di SMA Negeri 1 Cerme.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi (kesimpulan).
Hasil penelitian tentang peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membudayakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah di SMA N 1 Cerme, meliputi : (1) Budaya Shalat dzuhur berjamaah di SMA Negeri I Cerme Gresik terdiri: (a) Pelaksanaan shalat dzuhur berjamaah,(b) Petugas dan pelaksana shalat dzuhur berjamaah, (c) Sarana yang digunakan. (2) Peran kepala sekolah dalam membudayakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah di SMA Negeri I Cerme Gresik terdiri: (a) Perencanaan Program, (b) Memberikan teladan pada warga sekolah, (c) Ikut serta andil dan mendukung kegiatan shalat dzuhur berjamaah, (d) Evaluasi terhadap program yang dijalankan. (3) dan Dukungan warga sekolah dalam membudayakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah di SMA Negeri 1 Cerme Gresik secara umum sangat tinggi dengan cara menunjukkan komitmen masing-masing terdiri : (a) Dukungan kepala Sekolah, (b) Dukungan sesama guru, (c) Dukungan sesama siswa, (d) Dukungan sesama karyawan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan sebagai berikut : (1) Bagi kepala sekolah hendaknya dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelaksanaan shalat dzuhur berjamaah secara kontinyu, sehingga dapat membentuk warga sekolah yang mempunyai aqidah yang kokoh dan ahlak mulia sebagai ciri khas seorang yang berilmu, (2) Para pengelola lembaga pendidikan dan kepala sekolah hendaknya melakukan kembali reorentasi program pendidikan di sekolah yang diarahkan untuk mewujudkan budaya sha lat dzuhur berjamaah di sekolah, (3) Dinas pendidikan hendaknya memberikan perhatiaan lebih besar dan ikut berpartisipasi dengan memberikan dukungan baik moril maupun materiil terhadap budaya shalat dzuhur berjamaah di sekolah, sehingga setiap sekolah dapat melaksanakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah dengan baik , (4) Bagi peneliti lain, Dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut yang dapat mengungkapkan lebih dalam tentang membudayakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah di sekolah, sehingga bila ada aspek-aspek yang belum termuat dalam penelitian ini dapat disempurnakan oleh peneliti selanjutnya.
ABSTRACT
The wearness value impla nt of religion teaching is very import ant for every human being in order to make the realization in the daily life. It was run because in developing a country is going to be came true if the human resource has the quality of well faith, belive and knowledge. So that the headmaster of education leader in the institution has central role to make a succesfull education. He has role such as to guid, to direct, to advice, to build, to give and work motivation, to lead the organization, to take a good communication network toward the school community, around invironment and other. The headmaster, teachers, staff, school committe, and students are must be able to make relation in such an activity of praying Dhuhur together, to make the religion values, religion practices and cultivate toward the Islamic values, so that it will be a cultured activities it self without any inforce apects. That is all of school community has a high wearness to make an implementation of religion teaching and an effort in developing the religion cultur trough an activity of praying Dhuhur at school together.
Based on this, the research is focused on the leadership role of headmaster in cultivate of praying Dhuhur together (case study at the State of Senior High School 01 Cerme). The research aims are (1) to understand the cultur of praying Dhuhur together at the State of Senior High School 01 Cerme , (2) to understand the role of headmaster in cultivate the praying Dhuhur together at the State of Senior High School 01 Cerme , and (3) to understand the support of school community in cultivate the praying Dhuhur together at the State of Senior High School 01 Cerme.
This research is using a qualitative approach with the design of case study. The technique of data collection is using an interview, an observation, and documentation. Then, the collected data is analized by using reduction, delivering and concluding data.
The result of research about the leadership role of headmaster in cultivate the praying Dhuhur together at the state of Senior High School 01 Cerme , involve: (1) habitual of praying Dhuhur together at the state of Senior High School 01 Cerme Gresik that are: (a) the omplementation of praying Dhuhur together, (b) the official and performer the praying Dhuhur together, (c) the used instruments. (2) The role of headmaster in cultivate the praying Dhuhur at the state of Senior High School 01 Cerme Gresik, there are: (a) the planning of program, (b) give the example of school community, (c) give the participation and support the praying Dhuhur together, (d) Evaluation toward the running program. (3) and the support xvi of school community in cultivate the praying Dhuhur together at the state of Senior High School 01 Cerme Gresik generally strongly high by showing the commitment of each other, that are: (a) the support of Headmaster, (b) the support of teacher each other, (c) the support of students each other, (d) the support of employer each other.
Based on the research that be advice as follow: (1) the Headmaster must be able to maintain and to improve the implementation of praying Dhuhur together continuently, so that it could be make the school communities that has strong faith and good behaviour as the characteristic of everyone who has knowledge, (2) the manager of institution and the Headmaster have to make reorientation of education program that lead to implemented the cultivate of praying Dhuhur together at the school, (3) the Education department should be able to give more attentions and give a larger participation by giving a support either moral and material toward the cultivate of praying Dhuhur together well, (4) for the other researcher, it is next research that can be more delivered more deeper about the cultivate the praying Dhuhur together at school, so that if there are not anything that engage in the research can be completed by the researcher.
