Abstract
ABSTRAK
Inovasi pendidikan menjadi topik yang selalu hangat dibicarakan dari masa ke masa. Isu ini selalu juga muncul tatkala orang membicarakan tentang hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan, terutama pendidikan Islam, khususnya yang berkenaan dengan pondok pesantren. Dengan demikian perlu adanya pembaharuan pendidikan Islam di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren, sehingga pembaharuan pendidikan lebih mengarah pada tujuan pendidikan Islam secara baik dan terencana, dengan berkembangnya situasi, kondisi, kebutuhan serta meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya pendidikan Islam yang ada di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren pada umumnya, di Darul Ulum Jombang pada khususnya.
Penelitian tentang pendidikan sudah banyak dilakukan, tetapi penelitian tentang Inovasi pendidikan, khususnya terkait dengan Inovasi pendidikan Islam, masih belum begitu banyak dilakukan. Penelitian ini berusaha mendeskripsikan tentang Inovasi pendidikan di SMK Telekomunikasi Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang, dengan rumusan masalah penelitiannya, yaitu: (1). Bagaimana proses terjadinya inovasi pendidikan Islam di SMK Telekomunikasi Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang?, (2). Bagaimana wujud bentuk-bentuk inovasi pendidikan Islam di SMK Telekomunikasi Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang?, (3). Bagaimana implementasi manajemen inovasi pendidikan Islam di SMK Telekomunikasi Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang?, dan (4). Bagaimana prospektif inovasi pendidikan di SMK Telekomunikasi Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang?.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan disain penelitian studi kasus di SMK Telekomunikasi Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui: pengamatan terlibat (participant observation), wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu, KH. Dimyati Romli selaku Koordinator Pendidikan di Yayasan Darul Ulum dan Kepala Sekolah SMK Telekomunikasi selaku pelaksana inovasi di SMK Telekomunikasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan untuk memperoleh keabsahan data, yaitu: (1) memperpanjang masa observasi, (2) melakukan pengamatan yang terus-menerus, (3) melakukan trianggulasi, (4) membicarakannya dengan orang lain (peer debriefing), (5) menggunakan bahan referensi dan (6) mengadakan pengecekan anggota (member check). Analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu (1) reduksi data; (2) penyajian data; dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi.
Penelitian ini, menghasilkan temuan tesis, yaitu: “Inovasi Pendidikan Islam di
SMK Telekomunikasi Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang.
ABSTRACT
Education innovation becomes the topic, which always heat conversed from time to time. This issue also emerges at the time of people talk about the things of related to education, especially Islam education, respective especially with the Islamic boarding school. So that needs the existence of renewal of education Islam in environment of Islamic boarding school, so that education renewal more instructing at target of education Islam well and planed, by expanding it the situation, condition, requirement and also improve the quality of resource of education Islam of exist in environment of Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School especially.
Research about education has a lot of conducted, but research about education innovation, related especially with the innovation of education Islam, still not yet a lot has conducted. This research tries the description of about education innovation in SMK telecommunications Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, with the research problem formula, that is: (1). How process the happening of innovation of education Islam in SMK telecommunications Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang? (2). How existing forms innovate education in SMK telecommunications Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang? (3). How management implementation innovate education in SMK telecommunications Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang? (4). How prospective innovate education in SMK telecommunications Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang?
This research uses the research approach qualitative and uses the design of case study research in SMK telecommunications Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jombang. This research data is obtained by through: perception involved (participant observation), circumstantial interview (in depth interview) and documentation. Its subject researches that is KH. Dimyati Romli as education coordinator in Darul Ulum institute headmaster of SMK telecommunications as executor innovate in SMK telecommunications. While technique used to obtain to get the data authenticity, that is: (1) Lengthening a period of observation; (2) Conducting perception continually; (3) Conducting triangulation; (4) Conversing of it with others (peer debriefing); (5) Using reference substance; (6) Performing a member checking (member check). Analyzes the data conducted with three phase, that (1) Reduce data, (2) Data presentation; (3) Conclusion withdrawal.
This research, result of thesis finding, that is: "Innovate the education Islam in SMK telecommunications Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school Jombang.
